A detached 2 bedroom bungalow set back from the road situated in a quiet, semi rural location.
There is ample living space; consisting of a double aspect living dining room, a fully fitted kitchen, a conservatory to the rear and a patio and seating area.
WiFi available with a Lap Top friendly workspace.
Off road parking is available.
The whole of the property including the conservatory is centrally heated.
There is ample living space; consisting of a double aspect living dining room, a conservatory to the rear, a patio and seating area. There is a small but fully fitted kitchen with gas hob and electric oven, combination microwave, larder fridge, freezer and a dishwasher for guests to use.
The bathroom is fully fitted and has a walk-in shower.
In the main bedroom there is a double bed and in the second bedroom there is a sofa bed but really only comfortable for one person.
For bookings over 10 nights we offer to change the bed linen, towels and freshen up the bungalow at a time to suit at no extra cost and complementary tea and coffee is offered to guests.

As the driveway at the side of the bungalow is private, guests arriving by car are kindly asked to either park in front of the garage at the top of the drive or on street in the Village. However, it's a little difficult to negotiate but there is parking available in the village.
Check-in times are from 12.00-14.00 and from 17.00-19.00. Other times at prior arrangement.
The property does have an alarm which is easy to use.

If I am not around at the time you wish to stay then I will make arrangements for someone to meet you at a pre arranged time to show you around and make you welcome.
The property is located in a small village in the Holy Cross area of Clent and the Clent & Walton Hills are within easy walking distance which offer wonderful walks and spectacular views from the top.
There are a few good eating establishments too in the locality. All within walking distance.
There is a bus from the top of the lane at the cross roads, albeit every two hours, which takes you to Hagley for the local shops and then onto Stourbridge for good transport links, both Bus and Rail.
Free parking is an added bonus at both of these Rail Stations.
Birmingham City Centre can be reached by rail in 30mins and there are also direct services to Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwick, Leamington Spa and for those traveling further afield there are some early morning direct services to London.
Help yourself to the tea and coffee.
The TV offers not only English transmissions but the Satellite receives German, Italian, French and Spanish channels. Other foreign language channels can be selected.

Guests are asked to vacate by 11.00 or a predetermined time with me.
Pets are allowed but with prior notice and smoking please, only outside.
The driveway is shared with a neighbour therefore, I ask that should you arrive with your car it should be parked at the top of the drive in front of the garage.
Please make sure when you leave the windows are closed and the conservatory door, kitchen and front doors are locked.
The property has an alarm and easy to use. It would be appreciated that the alarm is it armed when you are not in the property.
