Conveniently located near Jack London Square and downtown Oakland, our 2700 sq ft industrial space in a historic brick building features an open, airy layout and plenty of natural light. Make use of our kitchen, sofa-bed, and even a shower! Close to BART and major freeways, plenty of free parking.
Welcome to your own private space within our office: you'll have a comfortable full-sized bed with air mattress, pull-out sofa (in case you're coming with a friend), desk/table space (free Internet, no TV). This loft space is perfect if you also want to get some work done during your stay with us. Our staff (3 people or less) will stay on the first floor, so your space really does feel private and peaceful. Once the staff is out, you'll have the whole building to yourself. Staff works from the office 3-5 days per work week, from 9am-6pm. Outside of normal business hours (i.e. after 6pm on weekdays and all weekend), the entire space is yours.
We are 15 minutes walking to Jack London Square, great restaurants, movie theater, the weekly Farmer's Market, minutes away from Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, yoga, gyms and easy transit to San Francisco - truly a sweet location. We are less than 10 minutes away from the charming island of Alameda, with its boutique stores and tree lined streets.
We also offer free parking in a gated parking lot. Free street parking is usually very easy to find. You can also borrow our bike to go exploring the city.
You have access to laundry machines 4 blocks from our building. We provide coffee and tea, but you can also help yourself to whatever in have in the kitchen. You are also welcome to use downstairs space and treadmill. We’ll give a key so you can get in whenever you like - especially convenient if you are arriving early or late.
We hope that you enjoy your stay with us. We are a start-up company with really nice people who will love to have you here.
Is there nearby public transit? Yes, public transit options abound - multiple BART stations, ferry terminal, AC Transit, etc.
What makes your place unique? It's a quiet yet very centrally located building. There's a ton of open space with exposed brick walls, so the space is very cool and hip, yet comfortable. Easy street parking and access to all forms of public transit make this location super central to all points in East Bay as well as San Francisco (15 minute drive into downtown SF).
Have a safe trip!
