We trust that you would take care of our home as if it were yours. But if anything gets damaged during your stay, we ask you to please report it to us immediately so we can file an insurance claim. If not reported right away, you will be forfeiting your right for the damage protection you purchased and all damages will be charged to you.
While staying at your vacation home:
Kitchen: kitchen is fully stocked for your convenience. Please turn off ovens and stove and please unplug coffee maker and toaster after every use.
Bathrooms: Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper!!
Extra towels and linens are found in every closet.
Games: Board games, movies...are found inside the coffee table In lower family room. Please place all pieces back where they belong after use.
TV: TVs are equipped with smart DVD players. Netflix is included for your enjoyment. Also a full line up of cable programing is available.
Washer and Dryer: We do not replace towels during your stay. A washer and dryer are available for your convenience. Just as you would normally do in your own home, feel free to use them to wash towels as you deem necessary. PLEASE ONLY DO LAUNDRY IF YOU ARE HOME. DO NOT LEAVE WASHER OR DRYER ON WHEN NOT AT HOME!!!

We kindly ask you to: Please help us maintain a beautiful home for your next visit, for our family to use and for other guests to enjoy. Please clean your shoes before you come in to the house. Sandy shoes destroy wood floors.
Please cleanup any spills immediately.
Please make sure oven and stove are turned off after use. If leaving house double check to make sure oven and stove are off. (We know we said this twice)
Personal Safety
Your personal safety comes first. Your vacation rental is equipped with a home security system. Please set your alarm system each time you leave the property. Please keep doors and windows locked whenever possible. Be aware that although Evergreen is very safe, there could still be opportunistic crime just like the rest of the world, so please use common sense.
Please be considerate of your neighbors. Your vacation rental is situated in a typical residential community. “Partying” during the late evening or early morning hours can be disruptive. Large gatherings are not permitted. All neighbors adjacent to our vacation rentals have our emergency numbers; if the police or we have to be called out for any disturbances, you will unfortunately be evicted from the property and no refund will be issued.
Heater System:
House was designed to be energy efficient, however it still takes considerable energy to heat it up. Please keep the doors and windows closed at all times if the heater is on (cold months).
Water Usage
We are on a well system. Water is a valuable commodity in Colorado and we do not take it for granted. Please use our water carefully.
Trash & Recyclables
The City of Evergreen does its part to recycle and pick up trash once a week. Trash pickup is every Tuesday. Please take trash out early morning on the day of pick up. Please do not leave trash outside overnight as it invites bears and other dangerous animals.
Checking Out
Please depart by 10am so we can prepare the house for our next guests. Before you leave we kindly ask that you strip the beds that were used (you do not have to wash the linens). But please bring all used towels and linens to the kitchen area next to the laundry room.
Please lock all doors and windows when leaving and adjust heater thermostat to 55 degrees. Temperatures could drop to below freezing very fast and pipes could burst if heater is turned off.
Please leave any perishable foods inside the fridge as they hold better than leaving them in the garage. Please place all other trash in plastic bags and place in large bin in garage. If it is trash day (Tuesday) please take trash outside for trash pick up.
Please make sure all dishes you used are washed. Dried dishes placed where they belong and wet dishes left in the dishwasher.
Please make sure you follow the above procedures or we may charge you an excessive cleaning fee. Excessive cleaning can also be for any of, but not limited to, the following reasons: dirty dishes, any ‘leftovers’ or perishable food items left in unit, trash not placed in its appropriate receptacle, soiled ovens; if you spill something please be sure to clean it up. Our vacation rental should be fully equipped with all materials you need for the above requirements.

This house is set high up on the ridge, and has a beautiful view. Plenty of space, with a good floor plan. Nice house for a large group.

Pictures dont do this mountain lodge justice. In addition to the surrounding natural beauty, the lodge was meticulously clean, quite comfortable, and easy to access (1/2 mile gravel road at the end gets addrenaline pumping). Would've preferred a recycling option, but no other complaints. We even had 12 deer greet us 20 feet from the back patio. Thanks, Sal.

This place is amazing. We had a large group of 12 people and it accommodated us great. We arrived at night and when we woke up in the morning we were stunned by the gorgeous views. Having breakfast on the patio overlooking the mountains was a great way to start the day. The place is nicely furnished and stocked with a foosball table, ping pong table, and everything you'd need for a mountain retreat. We were able to take a quick drive into Evergreen to go on a great day hike and to pick up food at Safeway to cook for the evening. Sal was great at communicating and I would highly recommend the place.

I stayed here for 3 night for a company get together and brainstorm. This was the PERFECT place. We were 15 and there was ample space for everyone. We worked very well here and in the evening everyone just relaxed and played ping pong or fuss ball. The place has stunning views which makes it very special. Sal, the owner was easy to work with and always available.

We love the outdoors and Evergreen is perfect for everything outdoors.
The house is located in one of the best towns in Colorado. It is in the heart of the mountains yet less than 30 minutes to downtown Denver. Skiing is only 40 minutes away, hiking and white water rafting is less than 20 minutes away.
Dining and shopping are less than 8 minutes away.
Tons to do and see just a short drive away or just stay in and enjoy the wonderful views and the many wild animals that visit the property daily.
