The recently updated kitchen has new appliances and updated amenities. The living room also has a brand new flat screen TV. Located on the private and secluded west side of the "M" building, suite M204 faces open space instead of other buildings. It overlooks the most beautiful swimming pool at Palm Springs Villas II, surrounded by towering palms, mature landscaping and spectacular Mt. San Jacinto views. Just steps from the pool, it has a luxurious California king Temper-pedic bed and Temper-pedic pillows, an extra deep bathtub, a new air conditioning system, two wall mounted TV's with built-in DVD players and everything you need to make your stay in Palm Springs comfortable and relaxing. The bedroom is a quiet refuge, with swimming pool and mountain views and high quality cotton bedding. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, glassware, pots, pans, utensils, a crockpot, a blender for morning smoothies, quality kitchen towels and a super-quiet new Bosch dishwasher. There are plush white cotton towels in the bathroom and beach towels for the pool. Steps away, the laundry and parking are directly downstairs on a greenbelt with an outdoor grill. Palm Springs Villas II has six large pools, eight spas as well as tennis courts, shuffle board, and a practice putting green. The laundry room, barbecue grills, and pools are very close to each unit. You agree to indemnify McLean Company Rentals, staff, shareholders, and the owner of said property for all liability, damage, personal injury, or loss to the Property or its contents that occur during your stay resulting from any cause. We are not responsible for personal items lost, stolen or left behind.

The rate that you have been quoted is NOT including the mandatory City TOT Tax.

You certify that each responsible party/guest is 25 years of age or older (The City of Rancho Mirage requires signer must be over 30 years)

You agree to maintain the home in good order and appearance at all times and will not disturb, annoy, endanger or inconvenience neighbors or prompt written or verbal complaints to McLean Company Rentals from police, neighbors, neighborhood associations or homeowner associations (HOA).

Amplified outdoor music of any kind is not allowed by City ordinance. It is understood and agreed that ANY loud or large party, violations due to over-occupancy, unnecessary outdoor noise, indoor noise that causes neighbors to complain, or for violations of minimum age requirements of homes can result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all funds

OPTIONAL POOL HEAT during the winter months may be added for an additional fee. This option can be added once the reservation has been confirmed through the AIRBNB adjustment tool. (This is for home rentals only)

ALL HOME RESERVATIONS for greater than twenty-eight (28) nights must pay actual utility fees instead of the daily pool heating charge. Guests shall pay actual gas and electric utility charges, which will be billed against client's utility deposit within 6 weeks of departure. We will send you a copy of your utility bill at the conclusion of your reservation.

All of our homes are non-smoking. If it is reported that there was smoking i.e. cigarettes or marijuana in the home, you will forfeit your full security deposit.

The McLean staff were a pleasure to work with. They were speedy to respond to all requests and just sweet. The location of the venue was fine since I had a car with me. The complex was well kept, very secure, quiet, and the residents in the complex were amicable. The only concern I had was related to the quality of clean of the unit in relation to whether the unit was sanitized for a new guest (which is what most would expect and desire) versus just straightened up for a new guest (which is what I think was my experience). I addressed this with McLean and my concern was addressed promptly. They are just a great company to vacation with!!

The apartment is great. Great space for 2 or 3 people. The place has a lovely swimming pool and is close to downtown (just a 3-5 min drive). Everything went smoothly with the company for check in and also checkout. I would definitely stay here again !

M204 was very basic but met our needs overall. We usually try to get a place with a kitchen due to dietary restrictions and the kitchen wasn't very well equipped. The pots and pans were old, scratched, cheap teflon and there was one or two dull knives that didn't have loose handles. There wasn't even so much as salt and pepper in the place. There were tiny ants in the kitchen and bathroom, which may be standard fir the desert but we certainly don't want to bring any home with us. The bed was creaky and all of the doors squeaked. There was no hair dryer and I contacted McLean Company the morning after our arrival about this and a broken drawer in the kitchen and broken shelf in the bathroom. The soap dispenser in the bathroom also didn't work. Three days later when we checked out, I had not received a response and no one had come to remedy those items. Pretty poor customer service once they had our money. There were plenty of towels and the pool was nice, though a bit chilly. There was not a single thing extra in this place.
