Casa muy bonita situada a 12 kms de las playas de la Costa Brava. Ubicada en el pueblo de Camallera.
Planta baja: espacio abierto de la cocina, comedor y salón con doble sofa cama. Baño con bañera y ducha.
Primera planta: 2 dormitorios dobles cama matrimonial (1 futon) hay una cama supletoria si lo necesita.
Jardín de 60m2 con árboles para dar sombre. La cocina de verano y barbacoa están ubicadas abajo del porche, un sitio perfecto para comer en familia y tomar la siesta.
Alt Empordà, una comarca con una gran tradición gastronómica (Celler Can Roca de Girona) y cultural, entre pequeños pueblos medievales, con una extensa oferta de actividades, desde volar en globo hasta practicar submarinismo.
Siendo un pueblo de 500 habitantes Camallera es el "centro comercial" de la zona, hay una panadería tradicional, un supermercado, carnicerías una frutería especializada en verduras ecológicas, bares y una delicatesen.
Hay estación de tren, que conecta con Girona, Figueres, Vilájuiga, Llança,Colera, Por Bou, Cerbere, Barcelona y la frontera francesa.

NUMBER AND IDENTITY OF GUESTS - Once the resrvation has been made, the client will provide the personal data of all the guests (name, gender, date of birth, identity card / passport number and nationality). We will provide this personal data to the National Police in order to comply with the Article 12.1 of the Organic Law 1/1992 about the protection of citizen security.
The amount for the reservation will be increased by a tourist tax for the first 7 nights, at 0.45€ + VAT per person older than 16 years of age. to be paid on arrival in cash.
This Security Deposit is fully refundable provided the following provisions are met:
No damage is done to property or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
No charges are incurred due to illegal activity or pets.
All debris, rubbish and discards are taken and thrown into the municipal rubbish bins, dishes are cleaned and stored in cupboards, dishwasher is empty, fridge freezer is empty and clean, sheets and towels are folded and left at end of each bed, surfaces and floors are clean.
All keys are left IN THE SPECIFIED LOCATION and PROPERTY is left locked.
All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.
No linens or towels are lost, stained or damaged.
The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner) or the local law enforcement.
Smoking is not permitted in the accommodation.
BREAKAGES - You will be expected to pay for any breakages and these should be reported to the owner of the property.

Costa Brava Apartment. We are small and operate from the small village of Camallera, Girona, renting out holiday homes both on the coast and inland. We know all of the owners personally, have visited all of the properties on our web site and we are in continual contact with the owners.
We offer apartments on the coast. Villas and country houses inland. The majority of our houses have private swimming pools and large gardens.
As a client you will be renting the property directly from us. We are available to answer any questions about the property and the area, eliminating any difficulties or language problems you may have to face if dealing directly with the owner.
We handle you booking process from start to finish and organize the necessary arrangements for your arrival. We are always available either by phone or by email.
