Situated in London’s most popular region, right by the bank of the River Thames, is this ultra-modern and sleek 1 bedroom apartment. The ideal choice for a couple who don’t wish to compromise on style or location during their London stay.

The building sits on Grosvenor Road, right by the River Thames and a few minutes from the famous Tate Britain Gallery. The secure building has a 24-hour concierge, laundry service and a well-equipped gym in the basement. There is a secure car park underneath the building and a space resevered, which guests may use on request. The crowning jewel of the apartment is the large living area and open-plan kitchen towards its far end. Its all-glass walls offer a stunning panoramic view of the River Thames and some of the infamous landmarks of Westminster. However the interior is just as stunning, with a very modern finish of sleek black mirrored walls and polished marble floors. The sitting space has a huge L-shaped sofa and a recliner as well as a plasma TV for entertainment. The pristine kitchen is fitted with the very best facilities for use such as a dishwasher, electric hob and fitted microwave. It has a beautiful, modern design with a mirrored breakfast table and concealed fridge-freezer. By the sitting area is a raised platform which is set up with a 4-seater dining table so guests can enjoy the wonderful view whilst they eat!

The master bedroom is located to the left of the main corridor and furnished with soft carpeting. This restful space has a large wardrobe for storage and a King-sized bed with pleasant art-work hanging above it. The bathroom is finished to a very high standard with large a large mirror cleverly making the space appear large and light, and it is fitted with a very large walk-in shower.

An appalling experience from the moment my guests arrived. Blood stained bed and no heating (while it was around 2 degrees outside). What made the experience worse was Toms companies lack of help in resolving. Luckily the building manager was very helpful in finding us heaters. Note that these people work through a company called "Veeve". A quick and you'll see they have bad reviews everywhere. Do not consider renting from these people. Worth noting that Air BnB offered no assistance in the matter what so ever.

Thank you for your feedback Dave. As testament to our reviews for this property, all of the other guests we have hosted have had a wonderful stay. We are sorry to hear that your guests' experience was not the same. Having a direct contact number for the guests (rather than dealing through yourself) would have certainly helped in resolving issues. As discussed, the boiler was inspected a week prior to your guests' arrival. A member of our maintenance team attended to confirm that the heating was working and that it was currently on cooling mode - which could have been easily rectified by simply turning a knob. We provide all our guests with house manual cards with instructions for heating etc. We also replaced the mattress protector within 24 hours.

The house is very beautiful and well located, but big issue was the windows, there is no way to open any window in the house, which is making the stay quite uncomfortable specially in summer, as the house is getting very hot due to the glass, and the air conditioner needs more than 3h to refresh the house. The only window you can open, is in the bedroom, but you only can open it couple of cm.

One of Tom's team greeted me and welcomed me to the apartment. I didn't really need them much during my stay but the communication was very good with them, and they were very nice. This gorgeous apartment is true luxry. It gives you the feeling of staying at a 5-star hotel. I've stayed in many apartments in London and this one has the most beautiful view. There is nothing like starting your day with this gorgeous view while having your breakfast. It's a rarity in London's apartments. The pictures are an accurate representation of it and the beautiful modern style. Also a great wifi connection :-) ..I'm not sure why landlords don't understand the importance of a good wifi connection. The apartment I stayed in before this one I had to use the wifi of a restaurant next to me because I got disconnected so many time. A slow wifi connection is also an issue in many hotels. Well, you will be very happy with the wifi here. This apartment has the best wifi connection I've ever seen. It was always fast and I never got disconnected. I just enjoyed the fast connection when I was doing research on London. Thank you so much for the fast wifi connection. You have 3 grocery stores ( Waitrose is the best one ) and Vauxhall and Pimlico tube stations are very close. A tip if you want to take the bus somewhere : on apple or map do your " current location " first to get the buses information but also do Vauxhall station and you'll get different busses. I always enjoy the busses more than the tube. Tate Britain is very close but sadly I didn't have a chance to go. You also have a 24-hour concierge and they are very nice. If I lived in London I think I'd buy this apartment :-)
