Good location, close to the city , on the free bus route, Kings Park just around the corner. The apartment is well setup with everything you need, has a very functional layout with a generous balcony, can't ask for more!! Hosts very accommodating, I will stay again !!

Our stay at this wonderful apartment started with great communication with Kathy. In circumstances where our previous accommodation had been cancelled, she responded quickly and made sure we were comfortable where we were prior to check in. The apartment was perfect for our little family as there was plenty of space, had all the comforts of home and was incredibly clean. The location was great (with fantastic coffee across the road too) and we'll happily stay here again as it's perfect.

I had a lovely stay at this apartment. Since I arrived in Perth late at night Mark & Kathy were kind enough to offer me a complementary transfer from the airport.

I recently stayed in this apartment for 5 nights. great location, close to public transport, clean and very comfortable. Rysn is an awesome guy, very helpful with any questions I had and was flexible with check in time. Would definitely stay in the apartment again if it was available next time I visit and I highly recommend it to everyone.

Great apartment in a good location that was perfect for my stay in Perth. The apartment was modern, clean and well kitted out and had everything I needed during my stay. Mark and his team were very friendly and very accommodating. I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking to stay somewhere central in Perth.
