Our flat is on the ground floor of a traditional tenement building in the West End of Glasgow with three double bedrooms, a spacious bay windowed living room with a sofa bed and a kitchen diner.
Our home is a traditional Edwardian flat in the leafy West End of Glasgow. It has the beautiful high ceilings and period features you would expect in a tenement, with gardens front and back. It has three double bedrooms, a large living room and dining kitchen. You can use it as a base to explore our fantastic city or the beautiful West of Scotland, or as somewhere to stay during the Edinburgh Festival.
Parking is easy. But the West End is somewhere you walk around and you'll be within easy and lovely strolling distance of the cafes, galleries, parks, delis, restaurants and theatres of Hyndland and Kelvingrove.
The flat is also very conveniently located five minutes walk from a main transport intersection with a train, underground and bus station that will whip you away to other parts of Glasgow and Scotland. The train can take you straight to Edinburgh or Loch Lomond and we can help you explore the other beautiful parts of this city and country.
The flat is also very close to a network of cycle paths - you could cycle to Loch Lomond or the Falkirk Wheel along the canals and rivers. And stick your bike on the train to get back! We can help you organise bikes.
The flat is a lovely place to relax. It also has a large garden, a piano, a trapeze, great wifi and an optional cat. We can arrange for there to be Lego, games, wooden train sets, gaming devices, we'll do what we can to help your party feel at home. And there are plenty of books.

I will be away while you are in the flat. I can be contacted by email or phone. But my lovely friend Vicky will meet you with the keys and will be available to help you enjoy your visit
We have neighbours, who we love dearly. We ask you to be very considerate about the noise of feet and music. We also ask you not to swing on the trapeze. It is static and should not be used without supervision.
