I am always available (within reason!)to help my guests with advice. I also give instruction in (Theravada Buddhist)meditation and hatha yoga based on my years of practice.
As mentioned above, Sabina is particular in the beauty of its countryside, mountains and villages. There is a ruggedness to the landscape with thick forests covering the hills and mountains and large stretches of olive grove interspersed with woods and small villages, usually perched on hills or promentories. Despite its proximity to the capital it retains a real sense of traditional Italian country life which can be seen even in the flocks of sheep with their shepherds- the source of the local 'pecorino' cheese. The local restaurants have a range of good traditional, as well as local dishes.

I am a cranio-sacral biodynamic therapist and teach English as a foreign language in Rome. I am also a Buddhist meditation teacher, and an organic gardener.
Originally from Wales, I have lived in Italy for 15 years. I am in my early 60'ss. and have lived in Asia and Europe
I have an open, friendly disposition. I like gardening, Indian and Italian cooking, walking, swimming, visiting museums, reading, and classical and folk music.
