We stayed for 2 weeks in this rental, also called the Attic Suite, which is really 3 rooms total. The suite takes up the entire 4th floor, which is a walk-up, but we didn't mind. The three beautiful rooms are connected by the stair landing, which has a bistro table and kitchenette with sink, burner and supplies. On the first floor is the larger kitchen, which has a microwave and larger stove you can use. The rooms are beautifully designed, and the 2 king rooms connect via a lock-off door. The twin room is across the landing. All rooms have ensuite baths, and one king room has a bathtub. There are some nice views from the windows and balconies, and a nice 32" flat panel TV, mini-fridge and electric kettle in each room. The wi-fi is fantastic, at 35MB and private to your 3 room suite.
The staff at the villas are friendly and helpful, and the girls speak English. They can help you book trips or rent bikes. The area is excellent, away from the hustle and bustle of the ancient town, but just a short walk (10-15 minutes) or bike ride (5 mins) away. It seemed safe to walk day or night on their street. We loved riding bikes in the area, and would often cross the street and take a path down to the water and ride along that before crossing the bridge into nearby ancient town or riding along the other side of the river to explore quaint streets and rice paddies. There are many great restaurants in Hoi An, but our favorites were Dingo Deli (which will also deliver their excellent all-day breakfast, lunch or dinner for those lazy days), and Ganesh (which is fantastic Indian food worthy of always being full, which it is, so call ahead or prepare to wait a bit). Unfortunately, we had to leave early (as two months were booked) due to unforeseen circumstances and never got to take any tours out of town or visit the beach. Luckily, Cuong was kind enough to refund the 30 day long-term cancelation fee imposed by AirBnB. I recommend renting from Cuong, as he is responsive, fair an cares about his business.
