Built in 1929 in the Spanish Colonial Revival style, the Roosevelt Library has been recently restored.

In addition to the bedroom and bathroom, guests have access to the library, main room, screening lounge, lower gallery, and the kitchen. The library features many design books. The screening lounge has a 65" internet connected Samsung TV. In the kitchen, guests are welcome to use the Jura expresso machines (one for regular coffee and one for decaffeinated coffee), toaster, and the microwave.

Guests who are experienced pianists may take advantage of the Steinway piano. The kitchen is typically stocked with breakfast cereal, skim milk, half and half, sweeteners, sliced bread, butter, fig jam, and orange juice.
Please ask the staff if you would like a fire lit in the fireplace. A fire is lit if the outside temperature is below 40 degrees Fahrenheit. There is to be no smoking anywhere in the building and pets of any kind are not permitted in the building. Since the Roosevelt Library is not a child safe, please keep children supervised at all times.
