Yes you get the entire apartment. Bathroom and kitchen. Its small but you have everything you need. Its like a hotel suite with a private kitchen. The building is a HISTORICAL BUILDING on Jane Street. Alexander Hamilton fought his famous duel right here. There's always tours in front of the building and people taking pictures. Its gorgeous, old with high ceilings but beautifully maintained. High Ceilings.

You will have the whole apartment. One kitchen. One Bathroom with a bathtub. It's a little above street level. Window opens out on Jane Street, most charming street in New York City.

You can sit outside on the stoop and watch the world go by, people taking wedding pictures, fashionshoots. It's a very popular street for shooting as it's the most photogenic street in the city.

My wifi reaches outside so I often take my laptop and work outside.

Via email . Whatapp. Anything you choose.

THE BEST! West village and Meatpacking at your doorstep!

Gansevoort and Chelsea market steps away. Hudson River 2 blocks from home. I run by the water everyday.

My favorite restaurants are around the corner. It's the West Village!

Standard hotel and the highline are just steps away from my house.

I have lived in every neighborhood in new york by now but nothing like this one. It's a blessing. Not noisy at all but Never Feel Lonely as I am in the center of it all.

Close to all Trains. A, C, E, L, 1. 2, 3

Walking distance to Union Square. In meatpacking and west village.

I usually walk everywhere, even to soho.

This place is best for 2 people or one person looking to have a good time in the west village and meatpacking.

It's really is like a hotel room but with a kitchen and you get to feel like a new yorker.

Shenaz's lovely place is well located. West village is such a nice area to live. Whitney museum is just around the corner. The place is surrounded by cosy cafés, popular restaurants, tasty bakeries, chic boutiques... And, buses & subways are in waking distance. Although Shenaz's not in the city, but she well arranged everything for us. Strongly recommended!!

I know it sounds cliché, but I don't have enough space to write about my wonderful experience at Shenaz's studio. It IS a cozy, warm home in the fabulous West Village. First, as a woman traveling alone, this is a safe and friendly street. When I arrived I had a couple of questions, and I sent Shenaz an email and text and even though she was out of the country, she was swift in her response. Her Super, Ziza, was available to help, and Shenaz's boyfriend also called to ensure that I had everything I needed. I was there for the Blizzard of 2016! I had great wifi to enjoy my time in drinking hot tea and relaxing. The radiator heat is warm and toasty. I got a great system down by opening the window and the radiator heat, and the cold fresh air made it perfect inside the studio. But, this is because I am warmer natured. It is also important to note that the bed is COMFORTABLE! I also felt so safe I enjoyed sleeping with the window open. I met the neighbors in the building and surrounding buildings which made me feel so at home. If you turn right out the front door and take right on Greenwich a local family market,D'Agostino's, is just a short walk down. I shopped here and cooked inside the studio. On 11th, there is the 11th Street Cafe which has delicious food, coffee and you must try the Butter Cake homemade by the owner's mother! Then, down at 183 Christopher is Heermance Farms Market, which has vegetables and delicious vegan food all from local resources. I walked across West Side Highway to Hudson River Park where you can see the Statue of Liberty as you walk down the walking path. The elegant Freedom Tower is always shining in the background as a reminder of the solidarity of the people and visitors of this great city. There are always people around even at night, and I always felt safe. As I would anywhere I was aware of my surroundings, but I am careful even in my neighborhood at home in Alabama. It is also an easy walk to Bleeker Street and Washington Square. I walked to Midtown to the Empire State Building. It is about a 30-minute walk and sites all along the way. If you want to ride around Manhattan rule of thumb is do the Uber Pool app, and it is a flat rate and should not be over $15 even going uptown. The cab will be more expensive in town. However, from Laguardia take a Yellow Cab which should be about approx $40 to Manhattan (depending upon traffic) and do NOT take an Uber from the airport it will be about $100 with a tip. So in town Uber and from the Airport Yellow Cab. I plan on returning next month for a while and hope to stay in Shenaz's place again. I called it my home while I...
