We are 6.5 miles to the the San Jose Convention Center, 7.5 miles to the SAP center and 13.5 to the Santa Clara Convention Center.
This a a fairly new remodeled home that is less than 8 years old. The apartment itself is 300 sq. feet and provides plenty of kitchen cabinet space that includes all necessary kitchenware. The apt. has a very nice sized bedroom with a queen sized bed. The large bathroom has a walk-in marble shower with bench. Very roomy and comfortable overall. There is no stove, but a 4.5 cubic feet freezer/fridge, microwave, coffee pot, electric kettle, toaster oven, rice cooker, induction cooktop with 1 burner, electric cooktop with 2 burners (you have a choice of cooktop to use), blender, and many other kitchen needs. Pub style dining table seats up to 4 comfortably, an outside picnic table with umbrella with seating for 4. There is a gas bbq for grilling a great meal. We also supply necessities during your stay such as an iron/ironing board, hair dryer, linens, towels, sheets, blankets, pillows, basic toiletries, teas, coffee, filters, etc. Also welcoming items such as breakfast items, milk, Orange Juice, tea, cereal, oatmeal, water, etc. Available is a new Twin Airbed Mattress (accommodates 1 person) and all linens included if you chose to use instead of the Double Sofa Bed - (Sofa Bed can accommodate 1 or 2 people). Using one or the other is perferred. All toiletries and kitchen items are provided and for use during your stay. Use what you need during your stay. The heating and A/C thermostat resides in the main house and is monitored 24/7 during your stay for your heating and air conditioning requirements. We want to insure that you have very comfortable heating and cooling temperatures for every season. Just let us know if you require higher or lower heating or cooling during your stay. Total private access to a lockable sliding patio door. Well lit walkway for entrance and exit to property during evening hours. There is no access to main house. The apartment is constructed as part of the main house and is constructed on the backside of the mainhouse, totally private and secure.

For guests that are interested in a gourmet cheese platter, please let us know prior to arrival so that we can have it chilled in your refrigerator and ready to serve. The cheese platter is $20.00.
Our location has very easy access, 1 mile, to Hwy(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) freeways, getting you to your destination in a timely manner. We are centrally located in the South Bay/East Foothills. There are plenty of local places to eat ranging in many different types of cultures/eateries. Our favorite is a 2 minute walk from our house to Antipasto's Family Deli (3454 Mckee road San Jose), offers catering and homemade meals Tuesday through Saturday. They also serve on tap beers. A must to try. There is a Lucky'a grocery store, CVS Pharmacy, coffeeshop/croissant cafe, BofA in the same center in which is across the street from Antipasto's. There is also a corner gas station, and pizza place, Day Spa/salon, Nail Salon, Dry Cleaners, Taqueria, Barber, UPS Station, right across the street as well. If you are in the mood for a very romantic dinner with a view, you must visit the GrandView Restaurant up Mt Hamilton Road. It's spectacular. There are many other places for coffee and meals, such as Starbucks, Chipotle, Panda Express, etc.. within a mile radius.

• No guests without prior OK , and no guests between 11 PM and 7 AM unless they are overnight guests. If they are overnight guests, please provide their names.
• No overnight guests except those booked through Airbnb or otherwise approved by us. Always, provide all contact names that will be occupying the apartment.
• When you leave the apartment, lock all windows, turn off the lights and lock the door.

We enjoy many sports, the outdoors, along with touring all the many wineries here in Northern California. We love traveling to Pismo Beach, and many other destinations here in the US and abroad. Ed is a self taught fix-it man and was the general contractor in building our home. He also is very knowledgeable about VW and Audi cars. Toni is a gourmet cook, and a baker. She loves to create special new recipes and enter into various recipe contests. Making gourmet meals is a passion and we would welcome the opportunity to cook for you. We love all types of music and always ready to throw a dance party. We have made our home very comfortable for our guests with enough privacy for them to enjoy our quiet neighborhood. We enjoy the company of others and find that a guest will become a friend, too.
