Spacious top floor apartment with two beautiful terraces. There is an amazing view of Edinburgh skyline, including Edinburgh castle, so you can watch the fireworks every night! The flat was recently built so all the equipment and furniture is new and the flat is very fresh and modern. Clean bedding and towels will be provided, as well as basic toiletries. There is an additional queen size air bed available on request for bookings bigger than two people. There is a lot of shops nearby: 24 Hours ASDA (+ MCDonald), Sainburys, Morrison in walking distance, Variety Restaurants nearby. The city centre is 25 minutes walk away or 10 minutes on the bus. Also, there is a communal garden within the development and Harrison Park and the canal is 5 minute walk away.

Slateford Road or west along Gorgie
Road, the apartment provides an ideal

The development is within easy
walking distance of Gorgie’s thriving
local shopping area with Sainsbury’s,
Aldi, Wickes and Boots as well as a
wide variety of other independent
shops. I have prepared binder with information regarding the flat and the local places to eat, drink and visit as well as useful information such as bus routes, taxi details and local emergency services.
There are plenty of bus routes from robertson avenue, gorgie or slateford road. There is a direct bus to and from the airport as well as to and from the Haymarket and Waverley train station
The flat is completely non-smoking (smoking outside only).
