Le logement

Spacious top floor apartment with two beautiful terraces. There is an amazing view of Edinburgh skyline, including Edinburgh castle, so you can watch the fireworks every night! The flat was recently built so all the equipment and furniture is new and the flat is very fresh and modern. Clean bedding and towels will be provided, as well as basic toiletries. There is an additional queen size air bed available on request for bookings bigger than two people. There is a lot of shops nearby: 24 Hours ASDA (+ MCDonald), Sainburys, Morrison in walking distance, Variety Restaurants nearby. The city centre is 25 minutes walk away or 10 minutes on the bus. Also, there is a communal garden within the development and Harrison Park and the canal is 5 minute walk away.

Guests get access to the entire property. Kitchen utensils are there to be used, bedding and towels will be provided as well.

their wealth of shopping facilities
and fashionable bars and restaurants.
It is also ideally situated for
commuting to the Gyle and beyond.
Accessed by heading east along
Slateford Road or west along Gorgie
Road, the apartment provides an ideal
base to enjoy all the benefits that
Edinburgh has to offer.
The development is within easy
walking distance of Gorgie’s thriving
local shopping area with Sainsbury’s,
Aldi, Wickes and Boots as well as a
wide variety of other independent
shops. I have prepared binder with information regarding the flat and the local places to eat, drink and visit as well as useful information such as bus routes, taxi details and local emergency services.

Transports

There are plenty of bus routes from robertson avenue, gorgie or slateford road. There is a direct bus to and from the airport as well as to and from the Haymarket and Waverley train station

Lovely place, was easy to find your way to the city centre both by bus and by walking. Natalie was super helpful and welcoming, making sure that we were alright throughout our short stay. Definitely recommend!

Natalie and her friend Katie were extremely helpful in the lead up to our stay giving us all the information we needed and returning our messages very promptly. Once there, all the information we needed for the flat, parking and travel was clearly written and nicely presented. The flat is very clean and modern and has great views in to the city. The area is quiet and only a short 25 minute walk or quicker bus journey in to the centre of the city. All in all a great place to stay when you visit Edinburgh.

Neighborhood is ok, the appartment is very nice new and great, however it is very far from the city center and for those who are coming to the Fringe festival requires too much time to go and come back. you cannot even consider pop up into the appartment during the day unless you waste 1.5-2 hours. The place was not clean which caused unpleasant feel to touch kitchen appliances and stuff. we did not use the kitchen at all for this reason.

Natalie was very responsive to messages before and during our stay, she gave us every last bit of info we needed!! Her home is beautiful, it was a great base for us getting to the Fringe, and a lovely place to relax in when we had finished! The flat is in a wonderful location, not too far out of the city and near the zoo! Natalie let us use the secure parking which was a great help. All in all we had a wonderful stay, Natalie's place is perfect and we would love to come back soon!!

Natalie met us straight away, excellent overview of the flat, lovely layout of the flat, beautiful views both sitting rm and bedroom, great bathroom, very clean everything u need, 20 min walk to princes st. Brilliant car parking spaces private and gated secure. Would recommends Natalie's flat for any event or visiting Edinburgh . Calum and Linda
