Lots of potential.......but not quite there yet.
First the good: Clean, new, good looking apartment. Hosts where very pleasant and very responsive.
The apartment was so new that it still did not have many daily living items that I would consider standard for an apartment in this price range. To the the hosts credit, they did obtain many of these items within a day ( cooking utensils, a pot and pan, iron, the only control for the A/C unit.) The hot water for the shower was turned off at a remote valve which resulted in a couple days of cold showers. They were still waiting to install the hooks to hang wet towels in the bath.
There was a hole in the front door for a future key lock. But at present it simply allowed people to peep in from the hallway.
Please note there is no microwave or toaster.
The layout is somewhat unusual. There is nowhere to sit to eat a meal, except at the coffee table, while sitting on the couch. There is no closet in the bedroom to hang your shirts or other hanging clothes. You must go into the main hall. Do-able, but different.
Lastly, the wireless was located in the bedroom, but did not work well in the living room.
Overall, I felt like I was put into an apartment before it was complete. But it could be made very nice in the future.
