Fantastic place to stay in St Pete! Alec and Jen's place is amazing. The beds are comfortable, the AC is great, and the kitchen has everything you need. Having a bbq outside is an excellent feature. Easy walk to several great restaurants, breweries, and the Rays games. I highly recommend staying here!

We absolutely loved Alec and Jen's little apartment. It is clean, lovely, and the decorations are so hip! We had a fabulous time exploring St. Pete. We walked to a Rays game, several wonderful restaurants, and we found it easy to navigate when we had to drive. I highly recommend this space!

We had a great stay at this charming vintage apartment. Alec and Jen were very easy to work with and always responsive to any of our questions. We stayed in the apartment for a month while getting settled during our relocation to St. Petersburg. The hosts made us feel welcome, offered many insights about the region, and even introduced us to our real estate agent! We especially appreciated that the kitchen was well-stocked with amenities needed for cooking meals, there were extra towels, and that there were extra sheets to change out as-needed during our extended stay. The location was also great and within walking distance to many excellent restaurants, bars, and shops in the Grand Central District. It is also a 10-15 minute drive to the Gulf beaches. In addition to the practicality of the apartment, Alec and Jen's style really shines through as the space is creatively decorated with vintage furniture they collect. We highly recommend staying at this place during a visit to St. Petersburg and are looking forward to hanging out with Alec and Jen more now that we live in the same neighborhood!

This was my second stay at Alec & Jen's apartment. It is beautifully appointed with antiques and decorated in a comfortable and artful way. The beds are SUPER comfy! The bathroom is tiny, but adequate and very clean. Full kitchen with gas stove, microwave and full-sized refrigerator. Tip: don't forget to turn off the coffee-maker as it doesn't do it automatically. Makes perfect coffee. Apartment is located close to a lovely park and lots of shops. Can't say enough positive things about this fabulous place! Will definitely stay there whenever I visit St. Petersburg.

My wife Jen and I have lived in our St. Petersburg bugalow for over 4 years. I just started my own business restoring historic homes and spend my free time advocating for bicycling rights. Jen is the sustainability coordinator for a local community college and sells furniture and decor at a monthly vintage market.

We both love to travel and have been fortunate enough to visit some amazing places all over the world. We are very active in our neighborhood and enjoy a variety of hobbies including kayaking, camping, cooking, and hockey. In our free time we can usually be found working on our historic 1920s bungalow.
