Completely remodeled by prize winning designer since reviews. Brilliantly located across from Chalk Farm underground, right by the Roundhouse and a few minutes walk to Camden Lock. Trendy Primrose Hill is just over the footbridge. Very light and airy with leafy views. Comfortably furnished with all new appliances. Ideal for a visit to London. Secured block and very safe area.

Airy large Living/Dining room with large sliding glass doors to Juliet balcony, 2 double Bedrooms, Kitchen (fully equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, oven,hob), Bathroom (bath/shower, toilet, washbasin) ,Utility Room (washing machine and tumbledryer), Central Heating. Masses of cupboards. Lift to 4th Floor. Flat diagonally opposite lift. Very light with windows on 3 sides. Chalk Farm Underground across the road. Buses in mutiple directions outside. London Overground 10 mins walk. Location, location, location + lovely accommodation.

Please let me know when you plan to arrive. I can usually be there to meet you at any time from 3pm till 10pm. If you are arriving in London by train, plane or coach please let me know the details. I can usually be at the flat within 30 minutes to welcome you and show you around. The site is gated so you will need use the intercom to phone me when you arrive in order to let you in.

Guests are required to accept and obey the rules of the Freeholder of the property - namely the London Borough of Camden - as stated below:
Camden officers or their contractors have the right to enter the property to carry out inspections and repairs and maintenance works to the property and any communal services that run through it. We must give you at least 48 hours' notice, unless there is an emergency.

You must not cause a nuisance or cause damage to Camden or other residents. This applies to everyone living in your home and any visitors.

You must not use the property for illegal or immoral purposes.
If you have pets you must keep them under control.
You must not harass neighbours or any of their visitors.
You must not obstruct or leave any items in communal areas.
You must place any refuse in the designated area. You must not throw anything from the windows of the property.

Televisions, radios and so on should only be played at reasonable levels at reasonable hours. No one should be able to hear noise outside any flat. You must take all reasonable precautions to avoid noise nuisance of any kind.

If you are found to be causing a nuisance or harassment, Camden Council can take legal action against you.
Use of Property

The property can only be used for residential purposes. You may not:

Use the property for illegal or immoral purposes.
Hold any sale by auction in the property.
Run a business from the property.

You must make good any damage to the building or estate caused by you, your visitors or your workmen.

You must not make any alterations to the structure of the property without obtaining Camden's written approval. You must ask for our permission before you complete any alterations.
Communal Areas

You have the right to use common parts of the building and the estate. You must not cause an obstruction by depositing items such as furniture in the communal parts of the building. You must make sure that any vehicles you park on the estate do not cause a nuisance and/or obstruction.

Other house rules;
No smoking inside the apartment. You may smoke while standing on the Juliet balcony with the door substsntially closed.

No flooding of the floor in the bathroom (or kitchen) as it can leak to the flat below.

Saim's parents stayed with us for 5 nights. They were perfect guests and left the flat in an immaculate condition. Unfortunately Saim couldn't join them as planned due to a medical problem in his family.

I have stayed 5 nights with my daughter in Michael's flat and I have only good things to say about my stay. The flat is spacious, very bright, fully equipped, clean with good quality beds, reliable wi-fi and great value for money considering it has two bedrooms. There is no TV, but this was no issue for us. The area is perfect. Tube station, bus stop and mini market just across the street. A 10' stroll down Chalk Farm Road will bring you to Camden Lock and Camden Town, one of my favorite London areas. Also, Primrose Hill is 10' away and from there you can continue to Regent's Park. Michael was very helpful. He always responded immediately, was there to welcome us when we arrived and was able to accommodate a late departure. In all, a very pleasant experience.

Michael was the most accommodating host we could have asked for. He greeted us with biscotti, was always a phone call away if we needed help or advice. Truly lovely person.

Location: Perfect! There is a tube station directly across the street from the flat and there is a bus stop close by as well. It is also a few blocks from Camden, which is one of my favorite spots in London. Flat: The flat was very cozy. It was the perfect size for 3 people. Host: Michael was great! He was very responsive in answering any questions I had prior to arriving at the flat.Upon arrival, Michael met us there, gave us a tour, and made suggestions for places to go that were close by. There was also a nice card and chocolate treats on the table for us from him and his wife. He let us know he was available during our stay for anything he needed. Upon departure Michael met us again to make sure everything went well. Overall: I enjoyed by stay at this flat and would highly recommend this flat/host!

Michael's place is at a good location for travellers. It is only a 15 minutes walk to Camden Market. Supermarket nearby opens until late. The parks across the bridge over to Primrose Hill are great to spend some time at. The tube station is just opposite to it. After saying that, I found it can be a little noisy at night for the trade off for the convenience. Michael was away when we arrived. His son waited for us at the apartment and explained to us how everything works and showed us a detail inventory list of the apartment. Although the apartment was a little worn down, but it was clean and having good space for 4 people. It is only the hot water system needing some fixing. It doesn't work so well when we were there, lucky the weather wasn't cold. I would say, Michael's place is a good choice for someone who looks for the convenience of public transportation and a good location to many nice places in Camden area.

The flat is very well connected with the main London locations . It was fantastic the evening at the exit of the tube to have just in front the building with the flat. The host welcomed us and gave a good introduction to whatever there was to know. The flat is equipped for cooking, rooms and the beds are nice, even if one a little bit noisy due to the wooden floor and with old cabinets. The flat is very close to everything (tube, buses stop, markets, café, pubs), absolutely to visit Primorese Hill and Camden Market. Thank you so much to Michael, our host, he was always very kind and careful regarding all our requests, allowing also a delayed check-out. We had a great stay in London!
