This charming loft is located in the heart of the historical center right behind the famous and marvelous Pantheon. On the 2nd floor of a beautiful, historical building, it's divided on two levels.
On the first level is the living room with a large flat screen tv, dinning table, one comfortable sofa bed, kitchen and a private open space bedroom with a single bed.
On the top level there is a queen size open space bedroom, just remodeled bathroom with a nice spacious shower cabin, laundry room and walk-in closet with plenty of room to move around.
The entire space is equipped with AC and wi-fi and has been recently remodeled and furnished giving great attention to detail.
The apartment is less than a 3 min walk to the Pantheon, a 8 min walk to Piazza Navona and a 15 min walk to Trastevere.
We kindly remind our guests that the City of Rome requires a tourist accommodation of € 3,50 (euro) per person per night for a maximum of 10 days. Children under 10 are exempt from payment. It should be pay in CASH during check in
CHECK IN TIME
The normal check-in hours are from 11am to 8pm. If the apartment is not occupied by previous tenants, an early check-in (before 11am) will be possible, FREE of charge. The apartment is guaranteed cleaned maximum by 02pm or before, in case the previous guests leave before 11am. Check in after 08pm is also always available, please read below.
LATE CHECK IN - It applies only for arrivals, outside of the normal check in hours (after 08pm) - Win a free bottle of wine when paying for a late check in. It should be paid in CASH during check in:
From 08pm to 10pm: € 20
From 10pm to midnight: € 30
After midnight: € 50
