This condo comfortably sleeps six guests, with queen-sized beds in both bedrooms and a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. Recently remodeled, this condo's pleasant island style furnishings and fully equipped kitchen provide an environment where guests can feel comfortably at home. From the living room and lanai, you will enjoy beautiful ocean views, as well as sweeping views of the grounds and pool. For indoor entertainment, cable TV and a DVD/CD player are provided. Enjoy your Maui vacation in #209.

We have Free WiFi Access, Free Parking, Telephone with Unlimited Local Calls as well as as Secure In Room Safes for you convenience!

Our beautiful tropical landscaped property is direct oceanfront with beach access. Also is conveniently located within a short (walking) distance of a fresh ‘Honokowai Farmer’s Market’ , coffee shops, delicatessen, fresh fish market, All About Fish Rentals, and souvenir shops. Time’s Supermarket is also just half a mile up the road where you can find everything you need to enjoy your vacation. There are also several excellent restaurants in the area, including Java Jazz (full bar, live music, great fish and chips), Village Coffee, Maui Brew Co. (Local Restaurant and Brewery), Dollies (Sports Bar), and Pineapple Grill (Fine Dining at the Kapalua Resort).
About 15 minutes away is Lahaina’s world famous “Front Street” which provides excellent shopping, restaurants, local jewelers, souvenirs, and opportunities to book fantastic excursions. Between your condo and Front Street is “Whaler’s Village”, an open-air mall and ocean front restaurants. Whalers Village is located in the world famous Ka’anapali Beach Resort which hold beautiful hotels and a long boardwalk alongside the ocean. For more information about any of these places or things to do please just ask us and we’ll be happy to help you have the vacation of your dreams!

We have a wonderful public transportation system that is user friendly, as well as several taxi services, and local car rental facilities.

Check-Out: Check out time is 11:00 AM. Please dispose of all trash regularly during your stay and upon departure.
Smoking: All Maui Lodging units, including balconies and lanais, are non-smoking.
DAMAGE/LOSS/DISTURBANCE POLICY: The condo unit is individually owned and decorated. Please do not remove any furnishings, equipment or items from the unit. Guest will be solely liable for any additional costs, charges, expenses resulting from any damage, lost or stolen items or excessive check-out cleaning. Neither the Owner or Manager will be responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items. Manager will use its best efforts to ensure that all equipment within the unit is in good working order, although neither Manager nor Owner guarantees that any equipment will not break down during your stay, and therefore such a break down does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustments for any such mechanical failure. In the event of a break down, Manager will use its best efforts to remedy the situation as soon as possible after notification of the break down. Guest understands that there is no guaranty that properties adjacent to the unit will be free from disturbances, including but not limited to noise or inconvenience from construction, traffic or other guests or neighbors, and any such disturbance shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment. Guest also understands that Hawaii is located in a tropical climate and that insects, rodents and lizards flourish in this environment. Although Manager will use its best efforts to hold to a minimum your interaction with these pests during your stay, Guest understands that contact with pests does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to refund or rental adjustment. Any issue will be reported to Manager or Owner immediately. Guest understands that Manager and Owner shall have a reasonable amount of time to restore rental to acceptable conditions.
Lost/ Not returned Keys: You will be charged $40 per key not left in the unit upon departure or lost during your stay.
