À propos de ce logement
Our boutique style accommodation provides travellers with a peaceful place to rest. We have wonderful valley views, abundant birdlife and native bush walks to explore. Our accommodation is well appointed, clean and comfortable.
Our accommodation is contemporary 'whare' design - except you don't have to sleep on the floor! We provide complementary tea and coffee for our guests and the kitchenette is well appointed with 2 hobs, a microwave oven, fridge, toaster and kettle. We also have a washing machine available for guests (and a dryer on request). If you would like a continental breakfast provided just let us know when you book (there is an extra charge of $10.00 pp for breakfast). The Hilltop and the Little River Hotel both do evening meals but check their opening hours first (especially in winter). We also have a private BBQ area available for guests to use.

Your hosts know the area well and are both ecologists with an interest in the environment. Both Simon and Alison know Banks Peninsula well and can help you find the best places to visit locally and around New Zealand.
We are happy to collect people from Little River township provided we are available at the requested time. We live approximately 2km up a quiet shingle road which can be quite an adventure for 'city' drivers.
Check in: 2 pm & Check out: 11.00 am
In keeping with maori tradition, we remove our shoes before going inside the whare.
As with most rural properties in New Zealand we have a septic tank and absolutely no sanitary items are to be flushed in the toilet.
We value the peaceful surroundings and hope that our guests respect this too.
Si vous annulez jusqu'à 24 heures avant le voyage, vous recevez un remboursement intégral, frais de service compris.
Our family have lived in Little River for 12 years. We have two children and a number of four-legged friends including donkeys, horses, a dog, a guinea pig and a fish! We enjoy the outdoors and love to go sailing on Akaroa harbour. We are both professional ecologists and love to tell stories about New Zealand's unique flora and fauna.
