This unit is perfect for small families or couples looking for a place by the beach! It comes with a spacious living room, kitchen with basic essentials and hasa shared patio with a BBQ and seating area. You will be a less than a minute walk to the beach/bay, where you can relax in the sand, surf, or just enjoy the scene. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops along the boardwalk. Close to Belmont Park which has the famous Giant Dipper Roller Coaster!

Le suivi pour l'appartement c'est bien fait et les instructions étaient très claires. La situation était très agréable, d'un côté à quelques pas la plage de la baie était facilement accessible et de l'autre côté, à peine deux coins de rue et nous étions déjà sur la plage de la mer. Le quartier était très sympathique et relax. L'appartement était très confortable et spacieux mais il manquait quelques trucs de base comme du sel, des linges à vaisselle. Dans l'ensemble, c'était très bien.

Thank you Ryan for your quick replies and for making our last minute family trip possible! The location of the Surfcomber is great: just steps away from the beach and a few minutes drive to SeaWorld. We enjoyed BBQ every night on the Patio.

Great location, great setup but short on the towels. Communication was great until we left. We left some items in the rental unit and was just trying to get ahold of someone to see if it was possible to have them sent to us. Have tried for three days and the only response I got was a text asking me the unit and my name. Haven't heard a thing since I replied. Quality of Service after the sales is just as important to me. - Mark

The place is close to everything. All was as advertised. Nice to be able to walk to beach or bay.

This place is in an Ok location. You can hear the constant noise from Belmont Park and you have a view of a huge billboard. There is no parking, unless you pay for the small garage. But you have to have a car that fits in it. You have to park by the Bahia and walk. Not ideal if you come and go often, especially with having to lug around whatever you were taking with you (chairs, bags, etc). The home is roomy and has basic items. They give starting amenities, you will have to purchase some. Cleaning could be a bit better and the dining table needs replacing. Chairs are stained and we didn't use them because of it. Futon is OK (ok for 1), one comfortable bed, one hard bed. Location is nice if you're walking everywhere not good if you're driving everywhere. Good place for the price. You're getting what you pay for.
