WELCOME to Glacier Lodge. This large, 968 square foot suite is located at the base of Blackcomb mountain just across from the Fairmont Hotel.

In the Summer, you will have everything on your doorstep! The Family Adventure Zone is located in the Upper Village, less than a minute walk, where there are tons of childrens activities such as bungee trampolines, mini golf, go carts, mazes, batting cages and so much more! The Whistler Farmers market is also held every Sunday just outside of Glacier Lodge. Lakes and trails are all a short walk away. The Chateaux Whistler Golf course is also just around the corner as well as Lost Lake and lots of XC biking and hiking trails!

In Winter, you can ski straight to the property after a day on the slopes and the Wizard chair lift is just steps from your door. You will be close to shopping and dining. Lost Lake XC ski and snowshoe trails are also a short walk away.

This suite is on the third floor of Glacier Lodge. You walk in to a large mudroom with lots of storage space, full closet, and full bathroom off the entry. The main floor of the unit has an open plan living area, full kitchen, dining table with seating for 6, living room, as well as a large master bedroom with a king bed and en suite bathroom all on the main floor. There is a large balcony with small seating area with access from the master and the living room. The second bedroom with two twin beds is located on the top floor with high, vaulted ceilings. The open living area features a gas fireplace and has a pull out sofa bed to accommodate up to 6 people. Free WiFi, cable and local calls included. Note the twin beds can be converted into a king with a minimum of a week's notice. Glacier Lodge offers an outdoor heated swimming pool, hot tub, fitness room and complimentary ski valet. There is secure underground parking available for $15 per day that can be arranged at the front desk upon arrival.

Whistler Village is a 7 minute stroll through a beautiful forested area crossing a small river or you can take a ride on the free shuttle located just outside of Glacier Lodge. The perfect place to spend your vacation!

Booking Policies / Terms and Conditions

Payment and Cancellations
The guests shall not let / sublet all or any part of the Premises nor assign this agreement without prior written consent.
Harmony Whistler encourages guests to purchase 3rd party cancellation insurance to avoid fees in the event of a cancellation needing to be made.
Non Canadian Guests, please note that some credit card companies may charge you a padded exchange rate or a foreign transactions fee.

Check-in Policies
The check-in procedures will be confirmed via. email 7 days before arrival. The majority of our properties have door codes which will be issued to you for the dates of your stay.
All properties will be ready for check-in by 4:00pm. If you wish to check-in earlier, please let us know. We will do our best to make it happen. Check-out is 10am on the day of departure.
Prior to check-in, guests will be required to provide a credit card for a pre-authorization of $500 plus photo identification. The pre-authorization will be released after check out and will only be charged up to $500 after departure if property is damaged, requires excessive cleaning, or if items are missing. The credit card provided must be in the name of the main guest, no third party credit cards will be accepted.
Guests are expected to notify Harmony Whistler immediately upon arrival of any damage to the unit is noticed. The guest accepts the Premises in its present condition and agrees to take good care of the Premises during their stay and further agrees to pay all costs to replace or repair any property damaged by the guest during their stay.
Guests must be 25 years of age to make a reservation and must provide ID at check-in unless prior approval has been given. No groups or under 25's allowed unless previously authorized. Harmony Whistler retains the right to refuse access to any property if this condition has not been met and no refund will be provided.

The property will be clean and ready for your arrival. Daily housekeeping is available for an extra fee. For stays of eight days or more, there will be a mid-week clean if requested by the guest. All properties have laundry facilities either in the unit or in the building. Adequate quantities of towels will be provided for the number of people booked.

Most properties have a specified parking stall for one vehicle, unless otherwise stated (exceptions - The Aspens & Glacier Lodge). There is visitor parking at most complexes, on a first come, first served basis. If your vehicle is over sized, it can be difficult to accommodate in Whistler and parking for such vehicles may not be available at peak times. Please contact Harmony Whistler to discuss options. Parking instructions will be given with check-in details.

All properties are non-smoking inside the property. Please limit smoking to balcony or patio areas where permissible. Please do not dispose of cigarette butts over the railings as this is considered a fire hazard. Any units with evidence of smoking inside will result in a $500 fine.

Pets of any kind are not permitted in any of our properties unless agreed to in advance. Please contact Harmony Whistler for further information. There will be a $500 fine for any pets or evidence of pets found in the units, if permission has not been granted.

Excessive noise will not be tolerated. Security has the option to evict and / or fine guests, after one verbal warning.

Prices for Accommodation and packages are subject to change without notice, and reservations are based on availability. Bookings and prices are not confirmed until a non-refundable deposit has been received and confirmation email has been sent to Guest.
The Owner / Harmony Whistler shall not be liable to the guest for any injury or damage to person or property in or about the Premises by or from any cause whatsoever.

Each unit is privately owned and subject to availability. Due to unforeseen circumstances, should the reserved unit no longer be available for rental, Harmony Whistler reserves the right to relocate the guests to another unit of equivalent or superior quality.

Perfect location - just outside of Whistler Village so it is easily walkable to the main shops and restaurants but also quiet and not in the middle of the noise. The space is very clean and updated and the bed is super comfortable.

Came up to Whistler for our first time. We had a lovely time in this very stunning condo. The heated floors, the decor, the spacious kitchen, the deck, and the two outstanding bathrooms were all very nice. This condo is just at the edge of Blackcomb lift and about a 10min walk into the main village. Overall a great time with very few issues. Would stay again.

This place was amazing! Steps to the Blackcomb base and a short walk over to the main part of Whistler village. The apartment had everything you would need to cook and was spacious yet also cozy. The heated bathroom floors were just the ticket for sore feet. The building has a ski rental facility and will store your skis, etc. Note that the second bedroom is sort of a loft and sound really carries, so it's not great for light sleepers. It was a great place for a family vacation and we would come back in a minute, winter or summer!

Our apartment at the Glacier Lodge at WhistlerBlackcomb offered incredible access to the base lifts on Blackcomb mountain - less than a five minute walk. It also gave easy access to Whistler main village via a ten minute walk. However, being located in the Upper Village it had a more luxurious feel amongst some of the worlds most renowned hotel companies. Thus, it also made it very simple to utilise the facilities of these hotels without the cost. The apartment itself is quite spacious with a modern aesthetic. The kitchen is fitted with all modern appliances and throughout the apartment has heated flooring as well as a gas fireplace. A wonderful place to stay and enjoy winter skiing.
