The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and has 3 windows overlooking a large green courtyard with big old trees which makes it very quiet and bright.
The combined livingroom/bedroom has nice and comfortable furniture. There is a huge double bed with very good mattresses, a large comfortable sofa, bookcases and a desk. You can store all your stuff easily in a large cupboard with many drawers.
The apartment also has a radio, CD player, TV and wireless WLAN. After typing the password into your smartphone or laptop you can start surfing for free.
The kitchen has everything you need - stove, convection microwave, kettle, coffee maker, conventional cooking and microwave dishes, plates, cutlery and glasses.
We also make sure that there is sugar, salt, cooking oil, dishwashing liquid, paper towels, etc. ... so that you do not need to worry about any of this when you arrive. You can store all your food and drink in a large fridge with separate cooling compartments.
Bathroom and toilet are in separate rooms. In the bathroom you will find a large mirrored 3-door wardrobe with ample storage space + hairdryer. In addition, there is a cupboard for towels. Of course, there is also a washing machine.
The apartment is a 2 minutes walk away from the underground station "U4" which will take you to the centre (Schwedenplatz) in less than 5 minutes. Here you will find everything your heart desires. The Schwedenplatz is the hub for nightlife and public transport by day and night.

The tram stop "Linie D" is only a 3 minute walk away from the apartment. The tram (heading for Suedbahnhof) will take you along Vienna’s splendid boulevard, the “Ringstrasse”.
The tram ride is a comfortable way of getting to know the magnificent and famous sights, from the Vienna Stock Exchange, Votive Church, University, City Hall, Burgtheater, Heldenplatz, Art- and Natural History Museum, Imperial Palace, Parliament, State Opera, Schwarzenbergplatz all the way to the Palais Belvedere. It takes about 30 minutes.
The tram heading in the opposite direction takes you directly to Nussdorf to the „Heurigen“.
