Categorized with 4 stars, C5Apartments are the perfect place for both bussines people and tourists as they offer a quiet place for relaxation, rest and work with excellent links to all parts of the city (e.g. only 15min bus ride to city centre, 20min drive to the airport). The C5Apartments are located in a building built in 2012. This complex consists of 6 apartments (4 two bedrooms and 2 one bedroom) each with separate terrace or French balcony. All apartments have air conditioners, telephone line (domestic and international calls), free wireless internet, 2 cable TVs with more than 60 domestic and international channels, mini bar, hairdryer, slippers and safety deposit box. Each apartment has its own fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, dishwasher and needed utensils and a bathroom with shampoo, shower gel and toiletries. Iron and ironing board are available upon request. Apartments are cleaned on a daily basis, with towels being changed every day and linen every 3 days. At C5Apartments the following services are available upon request: transfer from/to the airport, bus and railway station, city sightseeing tour, rent-a-car service with renting and returning the car to a rental office within our suite complex, catering with serving staff in the apartments.

PARKING - Some 50 meters from the complex there is a garage (closed space) for 15 cars which is available for an additional fee (about €12 per day).
In TAXI be sure to emphasise that you are going to Cetinjska 5 street in ZEMUN.
There is not an elevator (lift) but also not a lot of stairs either.

~ Guests themselves are responsible for personal property and valuables left in the apartment and the owner is not responsible for the subsequent loss thereof.
~ Guests are responsible for their behavior in the apartment and surrounding area, and in the case of an accident they shall bear the consequences themselves.
~ Lock the doors to the apartment from the inside and when going out be sure to lock the doors and windows, switch off the lights and all electrical appliances (tv, air-conditioning, stove etc.) and turn off the taps.
~ In exceptional circumstances and in the absence of a guest, the personnel of the facility has the right to enter the apartment to prevent the occurrence of possible damage or danger.
~ Destruction of equipment and furniture and causing disorder is prohibited, and it is forbidden to make loud noises in the time between 22.00 hr - 8.00 hr.
~ The contents of the apartment may only be used by persons who are registered as quests, however the host may, upon the request of a guest, permit possible visits at certain times.
~ Bringing in weapons, explosive and easily flammable material is not permitted.
~ Use of equipment and appliances which are not an integral part of the offer of the apartment may be used only upon the consent of the host.
~ Pets are not allowed.
~ In the event of the disappearance or damage to installations, furniture, appliances, equipment of the apartment the guest is obliged to notify the host. Disappearance or damage occurred due to the fault of the guest, the guest is obliged to compensate the corresponding equivalent value.
~ It is forbidden to remove appliances and equipment (towels, covers, etc.) from the apartment.
~ Smoking is allowed in apartments that have they own terrace (outside, on the terrace) and in the café club.
~ In the event of disregard of the house rules, the host has the right to refuse further providing of services.
~ Upon arrival the guest is asked to provide his/hers identity card or passport to the host for registration at the tourist office.
~ You may offer your comments, suggestions and compliments to your host or write it in our guestbook.
