Well maintained condo with all the rooms located on the first floor. The living room provides access to the large private deck through patio door. The deck is furnished with patio furniture for dining alfresco....and great mountain views!
Wake up to beautiful views of the Mountains from the master bedroom equipped with private bath. The views continue from the living room slider door and can be seen while cooking or eating dinner from inside the condo.

Bunk bed room is furnished with twin bunks (sleeps 2) with a TV and a DVD player. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds. The living room sofa opens to a queen sleeper (sleeps 2).
The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal. The condo has a second full bath and a large washer/dryer. This unit is professionally cleaned. Beds are made up before your arrival and bathrooms are made up with fresh towels.

We have rented to people from all over the world and have had the pleasure of providing them with full activities, things to see and popular hikes from short hikes to some of our 4000 footers in the White Mountains. Let us know what you are interested in and we will customize with tips for restaurants, best outdoor hikes, kayak rentals, drives etc. We can also help you with tips to avoid the traffic! If your party is a little less physical, let us know - there's plenty to see in the Mount Washington Valley.
We have been coming to Mount Washington Valley for almost 40 years. We have raised our children here and are avid outdoor enthusiasts enjoying a variety of activities.
Pricing includes NH Lodging Tax of 9%, Operator License 057984. Weekly and monthly rentals enjoy special discounts. Please inquire with owner about monthly and longer term rentals. We have a strict 60 day cancellation policy. Cancellations within 60 days are not refunded unless we are able to book your reserved dates. To complete a reservation for this property, a signed contract is required. Contract will be prepared to include all terms, financials, dates and must be executed by guests and sent via email to host to confirm reservation within 48 hours of booking.
As part of the contract, guests are required to provide full contact information including address, email address and phone numbers.
We are new users to Airbnb, however we have been hosting guests for years and have excellent reviews from other sites including (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN).
Rule #1 HAVE FUN that's why we play here! Other than that there is no smoking at this property and a strict no pets policy. There is a maximum of 8 Guests and the minimum age for responsible party (guest) to sign and rent this property is 28.
This is a private community, there is no noise permitted after 10pm and before 8am. During other hours, there should be no noise that disrupts owners and other guests.
We ask that you respect that this is our vacation home. We rent to guests from Spring through Fall and we use the condo during the winter.

We are avid outdoors enthusiasts and enjoy many activities in the Mount Washington Valley. We would be happy to share tips on hiking, kayaking, shopping, restaurants .... you name it, we've done it.
