One of the best, most beautiful locations in Southern Utah. Close to Canyonlands National park, Bears Ears National Monument, and right up against the Abajos (Blue Mountain). High enough to be in the pine trees so there was a wonderful smell through the lodge in the evenings. Plenty of place for people to sleep. We had a group of 12 and each couple had their own bedroom. My biggest negative is that a lodge this size only has two bathrooms with bath/shower facilities which made for a lot of waiting for shower time with an average of 6 people per shower. (There are 3 bathrooms, but the 3rd on the main level is only a toilet/sink with a washer/dryer--no shower or tub.) Overall very good experience. 100% email communication was a little odd as every other AirBnB stay has had a face-to-face to introduce me to the space but it would have been difficult with our late arrival. Still, I expected someone to drop by during our 3 night stay to see how things were going... Finally, the lodge is located just beyond a Mormon camp where they do youth activities. There was some kind of a youth camp happing during two nights we were there and we did get a little noise from the camp, but nothing so bad that would make me not want to stay there again.

Hi Stephen, we appreciate your feedback and are happy to hear you had a great time. This particular property is quite new in our inventory and we're still working out some bugs, but your review is helpful. We have nearly 70 vacation rentals all over southeast Utah and hope to have you back again soon - hopefully with a face-to-face this time.

The cabin was great and we loved our stay! The location was private and perfect for our cabin retreat! We'd love to make this an annual tradition.

Great place, we loved the lodge. It was beyond expectations. Our entire family loved the location, the view and the amenities. We really appreciated the host giving us idea of things we could do in the area, especially the suggestion of heading to the local lake for a swim. It was over 100 degrees during the day and the lodge had a cool breeze that really helped. We cooked out on the grill and really enjoyed eating on the deck and enjoying the view. The dog, zings visited us regularly and the kids loved that he was do gentile. Will definitely consider the lodge again.

My wife and I are outdoor enthusiasts. We love hiking canyons, riding trails on our UTV/ Jeep, and riding horses up in the mountains. We have lived in the Canyonlands area for several years now and know some of the best areas for sightseeing, and hiking. We love to have people stay at our cabins, because usually the nicest people come here and we love to meet new people. In the Winter you can almost always find outside with our cross country skis or out snow shoeing. My wife also loves to bake and likes to give baked goods to our guests. So come stop in for a snack.
