I appreciate you taking time to review our home Nathan. I am always disheartened to see low ratings from guests that do not reflect our home directly (the cleanliness, the design, the contents, the convenience, the amenities, and all the extras it includes) nor my customer service (my attention to detail, my communicativeness, my professionalism, my kindness, my hospitality, my sincere efforts to accommodate our guests every need) but rather the look of the surrounding community. Although there is work to be done, our community is filled with many loving and caring families that are all striving to work with our community leaders in a joint effort to revitalize our community from the devastation of foreclosures. I can only pray that it happens soon but in the meantime, I will continue to ensure that OUR home offers an affordable, comfortable, safe, secure and convenient, 4+ star experience for all our guests. Also , with the occasional noise from trains, it is usually pin-drop quiet after 7pm and early mornings. I’m sorry if you felt the noise was an inconvenience to you but I wish you would have mentioned the fact that I left complimentary earplugs throughout the home (enough for every guest) to aid in a restful evening in the event the train was too noisy. I wish you would have taken time to share exactly what I could do, if anything to improve our home in anyway during your stay as I always strive for excellence and guest satisfaction and take all feedback to heart. I look forward to your suggestions, if any, if your time allows. Otherwise, I trust that our home offered everything as described (in addition to many extras) on our listing page therefore a 2 rating just does not seem fair to any measure. Regardless, thanks again for allowing me to host you and your colleagues during your visit to Atlanta.
