Le logement

Flat for 2 adults + 1 child (under 9 years old). This apartment is on the right bank, in the 3rd arrondissement of Paris, the Marais Beaubourg, a few metres from the Pompidou Centre (Beaubourg) in Rue Rambuteau, in a lively area, near to shops. The apartment is less than 100 metres walk from Rambuteau Metro station. You are just a ten minute walk from Notre Dame cathedral, Beaubourg and Arts-et-Métiers. The apartment has one bedroom and is arranged as follows: On the seventh floor (eighth floor US, there is a lift in the building) entrance into the main room with fully equipped corner kitchen and seating area with two-seater sofa + a sofa bed available for 1 child. The corridor leads to the bathroom with WC on the left and at the end of the corridor there is the bedroom with double bed: 140x190.The apartment has a lovely view over the rooftops of Paris and the Pompidou Centre. It is very light and quiet.Rue Rambuteau is the main street in this quartier where Parisians like to do their shopping. There are grocery shops, a butcher, fishmonger, wine merchants, greengrocers, bakers and famous pâtisseries like Huré and Pain de Sucre and the famous French master chocolatier, François Pralus, inventor of La Praluline (brioche with a praline base that is eaten for breakfast).

Landlord’s obligations The Landlord shall :-Hand the accommodation over to the Tenant in good condition and state of repair, with all equipment mentioned in the contract functioning correctly,-Keep the premises in a condition suitable for the purpose stated in the contract and carry out all repairs not the responsibility of the tenant required for the upkeep and maintenance of the leased premised,-Issue the Tenant a receipt free of charge,-Ensure the tenant can use the premises peacefully,-Ensure the premises comply with suitable living and comfort standards.
