Mother In Law Suite (300 sq ft) located at the rear of a primary residence. Private entrance, yard, hot tub, bath, washer, dryer, mini refrigerator/freezer, microwave, stocked food prep area, gas grill, ice maker, fire pit, private parking and about anything you'd need for a great vacation. There are no shared spaces! PRIVATE!
The home is a 1950's Beach Bungalow located less than a mile from Indian Rocks Beach in a quiet residential neighborhood. This is a mother in law suite located in the rear of a primary residence. There are no shared spaces and the unit has it's own backyard with private hot tub solely for guests.
-300 sq feet total. MAXIMUM TWO ADULTS. We allow larger pets (over 25 pounds) and multiples with prior approval. Parrots are always welcome!
-The rental unit consists of a bedroom that contains a queen bed, wall mounted TV, love seat recliners, a writing desk, closet, and a chest of drawers. There are two window units for guests to adjust the air conditioning as desired. Heating is one baseboard heater located in the bedroom. The love seat is duel recliners.
-The laundry/food preparation area consists of: washer and dryer, bar sink, mini refrigerator/freezer, crock pot, toaster oven, blender, egg muffin maker, electric skillets, and microwave. There is a two burner hot plate, no stove. The kitchen is fully stocked. Gas grill outside!
-We have bicycles, Trike, beach wagon, beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, fishing gear, anything you can think of, we have it. Request at check-in.
-The space sleeps TWO adults max. One well behaved dog, (25 pounds or less) without prior approval.
-There is a fenced back yard that is private to the rental space and perfect for your furry friend to roam. Large kennel is available to secure your pet when your out of the unit or they can stay in your private yard.

Guests have access to the following; Small (300 square foot) rental unit/ mother in law suite that includes: In unit washer and dryer, fully stocked food preparation area, private fenced yard, bikes, hot tub, gas grill, hot plate, toaster oven, blender, rice cooker, and beach supplies.
If there is anything we can do to make your stay more enjoyable, please ask. We most likely have what you need on-site.
Another unique feature is our location, close to the beach and two parks in our neighborhood make this the perfect spot for bird watching or a walk in nature.
We are a short bike ride across the Walsingham Bridge and one street crossing (Gulf Blvd) away from the beach. .75 mile.
The John Bonner Park, one of two parks in the neighborhood, has lots to offer and there are always events. We have a water park 1/2 mile from the unit. Uber to Clearwater Beach is six miles.

We ask that you let us know when you plan to arrive. Be respectful of our time and try to adhere as close as possible to your expected time of arrival. We will be available to greet you. If you have delays, please communicate as best you can. We offer 24-hour check-in.
Let us know if you have any special requests and we will research prior to your arrival and let you know what is available in the area.
Communicate your pets needs as best you can so that your pet has a nice vacation. Pets are welcomed at most pubs along Gulf Blvd. We have a pull behind pet carrier that attaches to the male bike and pet strollers, making it easy to take your dog with you securely. Please request at booking. If we're in town we'd be happy to let your dog out to go potty and for a short walk.
You may find us listening to music, having a cocktail, or working on a project in the garage. We are respectful of your presence and are extremely laid back. We practice the beach lifestyle and don't stress the small stuff. If you're high maintenance or overly stressed, this may not the space for you.
We are a legal rental, registered as a business, in the city of Largo.
Firewood is usually available on site.
If it's in the unit, feel free to use it. We provide a lot of stuff and guests contribute non-perishable items they leave behind.
-Maximum two guests staying in unit. Smoking outside only. No Exceptions!
-Short term rental agreement required with liability release for use of property and the use of equipment on the property. Operation of equipment at your own risk. This agreement can be viewed in advance by contacting owner. ALL PERSONS STAYING IN UNIT MUST SIGN. ID required of person renting the unit at check -in as proof of stay.
- No feminine hygiene products or kitchen waste can be flushed down the toilet. Please do not allow grease, coffee grounds, or food to go down the sink drain. Strainers are provided.
-Must be 21 years of age to rent.
-No gatherings, events or parties. We may make an exception for a fee. Ask first!
-No RV, trailer, or boat parking. No use of electric to power RV. If you have a small trailer we may be able to accommodate. Please ask!
-The tenant shall behave in a civilized manner and shall not create noise or disturbances likely to disturb or annoy the surrounding property owners. Quiet hours after 10:00 P.M., no loud music. Fire Pit, Hot Tub, and Outside Lights are fine after 10:00 P.M. Please turn off outside lights and extinguish fire when you retire for the evening.
_Please rinse off prior to getting into the hot tub. NO lotions/oils.
- All items for the unit are purchased new and maintained. Please be considerate and return the item as you found it. If you lose pieces, please let us know so we can replace them for the next guest. If you need something, we may have it. Just ask. We don't sweat the small stuff and we understand wear and tear. Leave any broken items on the counter when you leave. We'll replace them.
-Pets are limited to 25 pounds or less. Two pet maximum. Prior approval at booking for multiple pets or larger pets (over 25 pounds). We do make exceptions. Pets must be well behaved and remain on leash when outside of your backyard space. We have a extra large portable cage we can set up prior to your arrival, just let us know as it's not in the space. Your pet will need to be secured when your out of the unit. We provide multiple options, just ask. Pet waste must be picked up when walking your dog in our neighborhood. We have a scooper you can use for walking your pet.
-Two car maximum. NO CARS CAN BE PARKED IN FRONT OF THE OTHER RESIDENCES on the street. If your expecting quests, please inform them of the parking requirement.
- Check out no later than 10:00 a.m. If we don't have someone checking in that day we allow for a late check-out. We always allow you to leave your bags and come back for them closer to your flight.
-Check in at 1:00 p.m., or later. Adjustments can be made with advance notice. Notification of arrival time in advance required. Please keep us apprised by phone/ text of any delays. 24 -hour check-in is available and early check-in if the unit was free the night before. Always ask Sean.

My husband Sean and I moved to Florida in 2010. We love the area and everything about the beach lifestyle. Sean and I enjoy working on various projects and spend our weekends completing projects and enjoying a fruity beverages at the beach. We love Florida!!!!!
We are busy people who have multiple "irons in the fire." We offer a vacation rental because we enjoy meeting people and feel we have a unique space in a great location. We keep our price low to give others the opportunity to enjoy the area for longer periods. We are pet lovers. We have two small dogs and an Umbrella Cockatoo. There are no children here.
