Our home is a saltbox with open floor plan in living/dining/kitchen; private, sun filled guest room has two single beds; private bathroom has large shower; welcome access to kitchen and first floor living areas, deck, beach. We have an elder kitty in residence and another local visiting cat who stays outside. Both friendly.
Enjoy wildlife at the lake or go for a swim in spring-fed water warmed by the sun. Dine or sip wine on the deck while listening to frogs call to each other. Dead end dirt lane. Ample parking in our driveway.

We're pretty informal and happy to chat and offer suggestions about where to eat, shop, hike, bike, sail. Or you are welcome to enjoy the quiet.
We run SailFreeportMaine, chartering on our 33' Nauticat motor-sailor. We'd love to have you on-board. (URL HIDDEN)
Showers only, no bath tub in our house and no television. Internet is wireless. Lots of great walking opportunities in the area and the river that empties into Casco Bay is only a mile away. The South Freeport village is a lovely walking village. Freeport proper is 3 miles for arts activities (theater, music and visual), shopping and easy drive to lots of nature parks.
We try to live lightly on the earth and hope our guests will do the same. No smoking on the property. Enjoy the beauty of the space/place. Be respectful of our property and our neighbors. Clean up after yourself.

Living in Freeport, Maine, for 30+ years. NC native. Retired from Bates Dance Festival where I was Assistant Director for a decade. Continue to consult in fields of arts education, theater and dance. Enjoy sailing, gardening, reading, creating. Spent 8 months on our Nauticat 33 traveling the ICW to FL Keys w/ my husband Capt. David Webster and our elder cat, Amelia, the brave, in 2015-2016. Hard to live without chocolate for more than a couple of days. We're pretty relaxed and informal as hosts or guests and expect guests to be respectful of our space, the neighbors and the earth.
