Our large 2000 square foot apartment is on a quiet street in a family neighbourhood. Professionally designed and decorated with an "old Toronto style", and a true feel of "home away from home". Located in one of the top neighbourhoods in Toronto. Scored 98/100 on Interational Walkscore website

Available for short and long term rentals, this open concept apartment is your professionally decorated and fully furnished “home away from home.” The suite comes complete with a washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, fully appointed kitchen, bedding, linens, towels, fully enclosed backyard, BBQ, free utilities, free Wifi, premium cable TV, air conditioning, free access to adult and children's bicycles, and free parking. Bimonthly cleaning services are also included.

This roomy suite is 2000 SqF(190 SM) and includes three bedrooms, a living room, a full kitchen, and large balcony:
•The two large third floor bedrooms are 14’x12 (16SM). One bedroom contains a queen size bed and a single bed with a walk-in closet and the other bedroom has a queen size bed with built-in 12’ (4M) closet.
•The third bedroom has a trundle bed and can sleep two people or convert to a king bed, or can be used as an office with a daybed
•The living room/dining room is 28'x12'.(32SM)
•The kitchen has granite countertops, 28LF of cabinets, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove and double sink.
•The apartment has a large 11’x22’ (22SM) balcony with sunny south-west exposure.
The suite also comes with a shared backyard and garden, storage shed and one parking space per unit (additional street parking is available.)

This two-story apartment is located on a quiet tree-lined street in the heart of three well-established West Toronto neighbourhoods: Roncesvalles, High Park, and Bloor West Village. This area is well known for its great food scene and family friendly communities. Recently, our neighbourhood High Park/Swansea has been ranked in the Top 3, out of 140, in Toronto Life Magazine's "The Best Places to live in the City."
The apartment is within walking distance of excellent primary and secondary schools, local gyms, yoga studios, bistros, cafés, restaurants, pubs, bakeries, fruit stores, specialty cheese stores, butcher shops and the recently saved and community run Revue Cinema.
Old growth trees and many parks surround Alhambra Ave. Notably, the house is two blocks from High Park, Toronto’s largest park and hub for outdoor activities, including numerous playgrounds, ponds, running/hiking/walking trails, a zoo, skating rink, swimming pool, baseball/soccer/football fields, restaurants, and the Howard Park Tennis Club. This home is in an excellent spot. Nice shops/restaurants close by and the fast train straight into Union Station was a few minutes walk away. If you are driving don't stop to unpack at the front of the house by the fire hydrant - we stopped for 10 minutes to unload our car and got a parking ticket! The house had everything that we needed and we had a great stay in Toronto!

We are sorry that you received a parking ticket, but we do provide you with a free parking spot at the rear of the property. We also provide notice about avoiding parking tickets in our house manual. It is a standard policy throughout Toronto to ticket any vehicles blocking a fire hydrant.

Truly a home away from home. An absolutely lovely residence with everything you could possibly need. The unit we stayed in was beautifully furnished, clean, and comfortable. The back and front yards provide a private oasis which makes you forget the hussle bussle of the dense downtown area. I highly recommend this location to others who are looking for a little bit more in their airbnb.

We had a great stay at Wies' place - nice area in the West end and very close to the subway. Loved the keypad lock (no need to keep track of keys between guests). The unit was clean and the host prompt with communications even though he was out of town when we arrived. Assortment of little toys for our young kids to play with, we would stay here again.

My husband, 2 children and I along with another couple stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment on our recent trip to Toronto. The property is just outside the centre of city, 15min Uber ride and was in a beautiful peaceful Street with full amenities such as restaurants, grocery stores and great coffee within 5mins walk. The space was perfect for 6 people and we thoroughly enjoyed our time in Toronto. Being able to come home to the quiet but still be so close to the city was ideal for our families. Thanks for having us Wies.

My family recently stayed here and really felt at home in thus beautiful neighborhood. We found it to be clean and well stocked. Communicating with our lovely hosts was prompt, easy and friendly and we would definitely return and recommend this place highly.

We are a couple who frequently travel to visit our children around the world. We enjoy renting and staying in apartments and private homes in our travels as it gives us flexibility to relax and entertain with our family and friends. It is this genuine home away from home feeling that we like to provide to our guests. We have rented previously to Executive Relocation Companies, families from our neighbourhood who were renovating their homes and to visiting parents or grandparents for extended stays. We have also hosted numerous medical doctors interning at Toronto area hospitals.
