À propos de ce logement
Do you like the real and soulful part of this little isle, rather than new and shiny shopping centers and condos? Yay, you have found the right place. Welcome to the most convenient and friendly neighborhood in town.
It's a cozy 2 bedroom apartment, and you get the bigger room with bigger windows and queen size bed. Very bright, and if you open the curtain you can see the sky and garden one floor below. The living room is spacious overlooking a big tree and a hill.. it's sunny and serene. Our dining room is so big and bright, we can share a huge table to eat and chill out.

You can use all parts of the house. The only thing is, I need to impulsively practice my piano in the living room, so when that happens I hope you are ok with it. It is a priority & default in my home.

I am super busy but can be reached via SMS / (website hidden) / E-mail. I'm an excellent communicator.
I work at home day time a lot. It would be great to have someone with complete opposite schedule, if you want to stay longer than few weeks.
1) No smoking
2) No music in the common area (I am very sorry I am a musician and I am very sensitive about what I hear especially at home. I am extremely picky... but you can listen to whatever you want in your room).
3) Clean up the garbage immediately you finish cooking to avoid ants x roaches
4) Everyone please keep the drain clean in the shower room - pick up own hair and throw away after the shower!
4) Take your shoes off when you enter the house
And maybe more but generic things!

Female Japanese Jazz pianist - ex Bostonian/New Yorker
Originally from Osaka, Japan, I grew up in Singapore since young, studied Jazz in Boston, moved to NYC to experience more, back to Singapore 2002 until now. I am global and open minded. I am an active Jazz pianist based here in Singapore, as well as a part-time lecturer at LASALLE College Of The Arts. Currently I am also pursuing a Master's Degree program on Arts & Cultural I do a lot of work at home when I'm not at school. At night I am out rehearsing or having a meeting, or home researching. I can let you know about the live music scene in Singapore if you are interested, I am an expert. I've hosted people for years, and you will know it when you meet me.
