This condo is conveniently located and well equipped. Be aware there is no air conditioning (as advertised). It was cool enough at night for us, but not be for some.

I'm grateful for all of our guest that take the time to leave us a review.  Especially grateful for those guests who call us when they have a concern and allow us to fix the concern rather than leaving a negative review.  We love the “private comments” section, where guests can privately tell us things to make their stay even better in the future. We have implemented many of their suggestions. We provide 3 contact phone numbers to all the guests that book with us. We encourage guests to call us with any concerns. At no time did Giselle contact us to let us know there was a cleanliness problem or a plate missing. (The guest before her and after her gave us a 5 star for cleanliness)   If Giselle had contacted us, one of our staff would have immediately addressed the concerns (we are human - mistakes happen).  The 3rd floor units Giselle referred to are more spacious with 2 bedroom areas. They are generally more expensive.  The 3rd floor units can have regular living room furniture because of the extra bedroom area. Our living room sofa looks a little odd because it is a Queen size Memory Foam Futon (A very comfortable bed - when 4 guests stay.) It is only 2 years old and the cover is only 1 year old.   Giselle, in the future, please contact your host so they can address any concerns that you may have. If they won’t address your concerns, then go ahead and reflect that in the review. Thats fair. Many guests don't understand that Airbnb temporarily removes listings for reviews such as you left for us. Airbnb believes that 4.5 stars is the norm. We have lost 2 weeks of listings because of your review.  Reviews such as yours tell the Airbnb computer algorithm that our home, in its current condition, is not fit for guests. This is untrue and unfair to a host that is willing to assist and correct issues that guests may find.  Be kind and Make a positive difference! Happy Travels.

Dee did not even stay in my unit. She found these problems when she arrived and was quickly moved into another comparable unit (she failed to mention this). I was not told that the toilet was running and and was told there was a drip coming from the faucet in the Tub. Maintenance at the complex could not seem to find a replacement cartridge for the faucet so I found it online and ordered it and FEDEXed it to Molokai myself. If you've ever been to Molokai - you know it is a remote island with few supplies available to buy. Everything has to be shipped in. This makes repairs difficult when things break. It was fixed within a week and the next guest enjoyed a nice stay. Sour grapes and no understanding from Dee - for a problem that no one had control over.
