The apartment is located between the Taksim Square and Cihangir, right at the heart of the city yet in a quite, residential street overlooking to a peaceful garden on the back of the building. It is an apartment full of light.
Taksim Square is 2 minutes by walking ,where you'll have the access to bus stations, the underground and the airport shuttle station. The tram that'll bring you to the old town is just 500 meters away. The distance to the kabatas pier, from where you can reach the asiatic part of the city and the prince islands, is only 750 mt. from the apartment. Cihangir is a neighborhood popular for its narrow streets and street cafes and small boutiques and designer shops.
The apartment is 35 sqm, and it has 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 living room with open kitchen in it. The living room also contains 1 sofa bed (140 cm when open) and 1 small dining area.
In the bathroom there are; a bathtub with jacuzzi, sink, WC and a washing machine. In the apartment you can find all the equipment one might need for a comfortable stay.
For heating and the hot water there is a combi boiler that can be adjusted with an automatic thermostat.There is an A/C . There is a water tank for using in case of water cut.
Kitchen is fully eqquiped with utensil and cooking tools and also there are toaster, kettle, coffee machine, micro wave in the kitchen. It is the right place to enjoy istanbul just like a local.
TERMS & CONDITIONS APPLYING TO RENTALS OF APARTMENTS
The Owner accords to the Client a short-term residence or 'holiday home', in accordance with the conditions stated below, which the Client must adhere to. The above-mentioned residence is to be used only for personal use, and under no means is to be used for any professional purposes, or as a business unit or office. The Client understands and accepts that the accommodation and services are only provided in the framework of a business or pleasure trip to Istanbul and that this is the principle underlying condition to the validation of this contract.
The Client (including all accompanying family members and acquaintances) agrees to commit no act that could disturb the tranquility of the other residents of the building where the rental occurs. Any disorderly or unruly behavior is the sole responsibility of the Client and the Owner relinquishes complete and absolute responsibility if a third party is involved. The Client must comply with the building regulations.
Animals are not allowed in the apartment. Our apartments are NON SMOKING.
During the rental of the apartment, the Owner reserves the right to conduct urgent work in the apartment (agreed to with the Client), without affecting the negotiated price. the Client agrees to allow the Owner access into the apartment with prior notice of at least one day (except in cases of emergency), in order to accomplish these tasks.
The Owner cannot be held responsible: For electricity power cuts, for a water reduction cuts through no fault of his/her own, for loss, breakage or injury due to weather conditions, riot, strike or any other circumstances independent of his/her will.
The Client understands that the Owner undertakes no responsibility for the Client's personal belongings and that in case of loss, damage, or theft to Client's personal property. The Client shall not attempt to recover damages from the Owner.
The Client is responsible for any defacement to the apartment during his/her stay. The Client shall exercise reasonable caution to prevent the occurrence of theft including locking all doors and windows during the times that he/she is not inside the apartment. In case of theft the Client agrees to be responsible (either personally or through Client's insurer) for items and furnishing belonging to the Owner .
The rental begins at 14:00 and ends at 11:00 a.m. on the dates defined in the contract. The Client must inform the Owner in advance the day and time of their arrival. The check-in process must be completed by 23:00. If a special check-in time is requested after 23:00 or a check out time requested before 7:00 AM, a special service will be hired with an extra cost of 25 euros until . The length of stay of this contract can only be extended with the written agreement by the Owner. For a departure before the negotiated date the tariff remains the same as already agreed between the Owner and the Client.
Linens, towels , standard kitchen utensils, water, electricity , gas bills, all taxes, and 1 time cleaning for one week stay is included to the price.
Upon arrival at the property, the CLIENT agrees to leave with the representative of the OWNER a security deposit of 200 €. The deposit given by the Client guarantees the Owner payment for any damage made by the Client to any appliances, furniture, upholstery, kitchen utensils, linens, towels, etc. The security deposit covers any damage to the apartment noted by the Owner and includes any lost or missing keys to the apartment. In the case of missing keys, the Owner will change the apartment door lock and the Client will be billed the corresponding amount. Upon arrival at the property agreed to between the OWNER and the CLIENT, the CLIENT agrees to sign the inventory of the property at which time a copy will be given to both CLIENT and the OWNER. The CLIENT is expected to sign the inventory upon his/her departure, as well. The deposit will be returned to the CLIENT once the departure inventory has been done and the OWNER agrees that no damage has occurred and no items are missing .
