When you arrive, there is parking on the driveway of the main house. Knock on the front door and I will give you a key and show you down to the waterfront. There are 20 (easy) steps but once there it is on flat lawn.
Boathouse contains one DOUBLE size bed located in open plan lounge area.
We provide country style breakfast provisions for you to (EMAIL HIDDEN)plimentary kayaks, bicycles and basic fishing gear are at your disposal.
Early check- in or late check-out can be arranged if available

The property is unfenced between the boathouse and the waterfront and therefore unsuitable for children.
We are Sandra and Colin, a semi retired energetic couple who operate Watersedge Boathouse B&B, situated on beautiful Lake Macquarie, just 90 mins north of the Sydney CBD.
We enjoy sailing, walking, theatre, art, dining out, browsing local markets and antique shops, visiting historical sites, reading, cooking, good wine, socialising with friends and of course, travel.
