Basement laundry room for this unit alone is down stairs on right. Basement flat has it's own laundry too.
Of course, no smoking. Please use kitchen hood when cooking; use garbage disposal for kitchen sink (run with hot water and dish soap) on a daily basis. Take trash out to receptacles next to garage. Please no excessive noise, out of respect for neighbors in the duplex apt. Park in designated area to right of driveway (gravel area for two cars). No PETS.
