À propos de ce logement
Nicely situated in a very convenient and calm area (San Saba), near Piramide, this 80 m2 apartment with a living room, kitchenette, bathroom and two bedrooms is comfortable and cosy. it is an excellent base for your discovery of beautiful Rome.
Our apartment is in a quiet charming area (S.Saba) very close to the Center, walking distance from Terme di Caracalla and Circo Massimo. it is also 2 minutes away from the metro (Piramide) where the train from the airport (Fiumicino) arrives. The apartment is near Testaccio area with plenty of lovely little restaurants and bars. The area is also well served with buses. It is simple but very welcoming. Internet available.
The apartment is about 80 mq and is composed of a living room with kitchen (open space), a bathroom with shower, a bedroom with a kingsize bed, a second bedroom with spacious bunk beds and the possibility of a third bed. All rooms are sunny and quiet.
The neighbourhood is residential, with 3 to 4 stories houses mediterranean type, lively and colourfull. it is quite a unique setting in Rome and considered quite chick. it is walking distance from a lovely house with a parc which has become a jazz concert place. This is a very conveniant place from where you will easily discover all Rome's awesome sites. Enjoy !!!

I am fortunate to have a lovely family and a great job. i have lived in Brazil, France, Nigeria, Chad and now Italy so I am a curious and enthusiastic traveller. both my husband and I like to take our two adolescent children to discover new places and people. our style of travelling is comfortable but genuine, possibly charming and respecting local flair. i try to live according to what someone famous (don't know who) said: the important thing is not to add years to your life but life to the years ! Be positive and enjoy.
