Peaceful neighborhood, walking distance to town center, food markets shopping, restaurants, and parks. Close to Kaiser hospital, Santa Row, Santa Clara University, San Jose Airport, Apple Campus, Caltrain & easy access to Highways 101, 280 and 880.
We are a young family who recently purchased a house in Silicon Valley to eliminate commute time; it's a million dollar fixer upper and we have big plans for it in the future. In the meantime, we've decided to rent out one of the four bedrooms while we work on updating it. There is a nice back yard and plenty of parking. The neighborhood is safe and quiet with two parks and local markets within a 5-10 min walk.

I'm in and out with our daughter. Some days we're gone most the day some days we're home, it varies. Vojta works a lot, but is home late evenings and most weekends. We're happy to help you out with recommendations and directions and will likely share some dinners with you if you are so inclined.
We're a family with a toddler, our goal is to create a loving warm space where an individual can flourish - messiness and creativity are sometimes encouraged!
No rules. Just treat our house as though its your own; be kind and respectful.

I grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area but love to travel the world. I've spent a lot of time in South America and South East Asia so now I'm checking out Europe. I enjoy meeting people from other cultures. I love to see how we are all so similar yet different at the same time. We all have something to learn from each other.
I majored in Biology and Environmental Management and hope to open a green-minded hostel in Central America someday. I love yoga, the beach and anything nature related really. I try to decorate so it seems as though you are still outside, but with all the comforts of home.
My husband is from the Czech Republic and works for . He is the yang to my yin, very practical and logical. He also plays the trumpet in several jazz bands.
