700 square-feet, 10 ft ceilings, 5 sunny windows, well furnished and super clean! Doesn’t that make you smile? It includes: 1 Bedroom (15 by 16 feet), a newly renovated Living Space with adjoining Kitchen, a productive den, and a bathroom.
As a rising architecture student and a professional practicing architecture in US and Canada, this apartment is conveniently organized.
The bedroom...has two bunks (XL twin size, super comfortable mattress, trust me I won't sleep on anything that doesn't give me great sleep," though, technically the apartment can fit 3 people in total due to ample floor space.

Échanges avec les voyageurs
I will meet with you upon your arrival to give you keys, I will give you an introduction to the space, and will answer any questions you may have. I will always be available for help during your stay. I will provide you with my personal cell phone number and e-mails. This is my first time listing a space on AirBnB and I am not interested in disappointing any guest.
If you want: I can provide you with my personal list of attractions that include architecture, galleries, sites, and restaurants that will enhance your stay in Manhattan, whether your are in for business or tourism.
I request that you keep this apartment clean, tidy, and respectful for the neighbors (noise level on the minimum) just the way you'd like your own apartment to be respected by an AirBnB guest (the neighbors are particular about slamming doors). And I would appreciate if the shoes go no further than the entrance mat.

Hello! I am an architecture student studying in Downtown New York at a well known science and arts college, and I am a professional who works at an architectural office. I am originally from CANADA.
5 things I can't live without are: my glasses, a sketchbook, a jacket, cologne, and chocolate milk.
I enjoy spending time in Northern Ontario and Southern Quebec in Canada, it keeps me calm and sane after working non-stop at least 18 hours a day, 7 days a week, in New York City.
As a host I think my apartment provides essential (and I know I use this word a lot) needs of living in New York, with the right touch of functional furnishings and amenities in the apartment.
