Malheureusement, cet hôte a été immédiatement après un invité de l'enfer qui a endommagé plusieurs choses, y compris le lave-vaisselle, la serrure de la porte d'entrée et a pris ou perdu la télécommande à la télévision, tout en laissant l'appartement dans un terrible désordre. Airbnb a été formidable à faire pour que tout soit remplacé, y compris le verrou de porte avant. Le lave-vaisselle Miele est toujours sous garantie, ce qui sera réparé cette semaine. Je parviens dans l'appartement demain pour remettre tout dans l'ordre. L'ascenseur a maintenant été réglé. J'ai bloqué le calendrier de cet invité pour lui permettre de vérifier en fin d'après-midi pour aider à compenser les inconvénients qu'elle a vécus. Je suis très fier des invités ayant la meilleure expérience possible et j'ai été très déçu d'avoir entendu parler de Marie sur ce qui s'était passé, mais n'a pas pu résoudre les problèmes pendant qu'elle était là. Unfortunately this guest was immediately after a guest from hell who damaged several things, including the dishwasher, lock of the front door and took or lost the remote to the tv, as well as leaving the apartment in a terrible mess. Airbnb have been great in dealing with this to have everything replaced, including the front door lock. The Miele dishwasher is still under warranty so it will be repaired this week. I am arriving in the apartment tomorrow to put everything back in order. The elevator has now been fixed also. I blocked off the calender for this guest to allow her to check out in the late afternoon to help compensate for the inconveniences she experiened. I take great pride in guests having the best possible experience and was very disappointed to hear from Marie about what had happened, but was unable to address the issues while she was there.
I live in Paris, and rented the flat because I was having some work done in mine. The flat is lovely (ideal for a single person or a couple). Would not advise for more people, the sofa bed is not even comfortable to sit on and there are no curtains or shades in the living room…

Two of the negative things mentioned in this review are true. The cleaner had been using hot soapy water on the wooden antique table, which made it sticky. He is now using linseed oil. He has also been asked to clean the glasses shelf in the kitchen. This guest's report about the television not working was simply a matter of a cable at the back having been unplugged. Despite all guests being informed that the manager lives upstairs, she did not ask for assistance with this, even though she was there 5 nights. Similarly with check in and check out times - the guest didn't ask me or the manager if she could vary the times. This is always possible if there are no guests before or after the booking. Other negatives mentioned are not correct. There are curtains on the windows which can clearly be seen in the photos. The hall stand is a 100-year-old beautiful wrought iron antique and never had glass shelves. Keys left at the bar two doors away means guests can arrive at any time without having to coordinate with anyone else. Being greeted on arrival is not an airbnb policy and in my experience, as long as entry is easy, which it is in my case, isn't necessary. I have a bi-lingual manager who lives directly above the apartment which all guests are told about and can access. This guest rented the apartment at a very special last minute price of 50 euros, which is less than one-third of the usual rate. Given the deal she was given, it is difficult to understand this review, except to say that the quality of an apartment and its price reflects also the quality of guest you attract. I have 38 reviews on my Trip Advisor listing from guests who paid the normal rate and all are glowing and more generous in every respect than this guest's. Sometimes it happens, that the less a person pays, the more they expect.
