Seven Hills Tallarook, as the name suggests, sits upon seven hills, each with magnificant views overlooking Broadford, Kilmore, Puckapunyal, Seymour and the Tallarook Ranges.
The acoomoadation for the cottage, sits in a fenced area with views acorss our damn and paddocks on all sides. Outside there is a covered driveway, BBQ and bonfire area for you to use at your own luxury.
We are a commerical goat farm and supply Melbourne's meat trade with our farmed goat meat. We attend six farmers market a month across the Macedon Ranges and Eltham where we sell our meat further and BBQ our goat sausages, chorizo, burgers and pulled goat. We are known for "for all things goat" and are a central hub for our allicance goat growers and actively looking farmes wanting to get into goats.
We are a 600 acre farm, with 7 damns, 10kms of road, 15 kms of fencing, 15 paddocks for our animals and 2kms of Sunday Creek. Our animals are free to roam around at least 300 acres of the property, with access to feed and fresh water in all paddocks and laneways.
In short travelling distance you have Seymour with two major supermarkets, all major banks, swimming pools and sport centres, parks and outdoor spaces. You also have Mitchelton and Tahbilk Wineries, the Rail Trail, and over one million acres of state forrest across in the Tallarook Ranges.
We have two kms of Sunday creek frontage for exploring and fishing and a list of activities for you to partake in from skeet shooting to quad bike tours.

Our guests can enjoy all our 600 acres and the wonderful activities it can provide. We encourage our guests to participate in what happens on the farm for a true "farming" experience. Our goats and very friendly and love attention. We have 7 damns for yabbying, 2kms of Sunday Creek frontage to enjoy and fish and magnificent views that will make you not want to leave.

We are a working commercial goat farm - our guests can join in on our daily tasks - feeding the animals, collecting wood. As hosts, we provide many activities like organised quad bike tours, wood cutting or even a bonfire with marshmallows. We welcome you to our home and we wish to make you stay as enjoyable as possible and to see how much we love what we do.
We are happy to have a BBQ or quiet beer with you around a camp fire any time.
Dogs are welcome with prior arrangement only and are not aloud in bedrooms.
Children/small motorbikes are welcome (with the use of helmets). We have the Tallarook State Forrest which is 1000s of acres where you can ride bigger bikes at your leisure.
Guests must adhere to our strict no smoking policy (especially during fire ban season) and during fire band season there is to be no open fires at all.
We are completely self contained and generate our own power from wind and solar so please be mindful of our limited resources. Our water comes from rain water and underground springs.
On over cast days our back up generated will run to keep you comfortable.
Additional guests will be charged accordingly for over night stays.
We wish our guests have a wonderful time and take the time to explore our beautiful home which we cherish and work very hard to maintain. We ask our guests to be mindful that we are working farm and there will be cars, bikes and tractors operating daily. We respectfully ask you to leave the property how you found it. With regards to the farm, please leave gates how you find them.
House and dishes must be tidied up before departure.
