A quiet top floor traditional Edinburgh apartment on Hope Park Crescent, in the Southside area of Edinburgh and close to The Meadows. This accommodation is spacious and practical for families or larger groups of friends with airy large rooms / high ceilings, including 4 large bedrooms (3 doubles and 1 single). There are lovely views out across The Meadows (Park) with a sunny westerley aspect.

All meet and greets are professionally hosted by Jason, Kathryn and Eddie of The Festival Partnership so you can be sure that you're in good hands when staying in my apartment.
I also ask that one of the staying guests is at least 25 years of age and if requested upon check in, would politely ask for some verification of name / proof of address (drivers licence, passport and/or copy of utility bill).
Any check-ins after 9pm would incur a £30 fee which is requested and paid through Airbnb after you confirm your reservation.
Almost adjacent to 'Summerhall Place', a fantastic arts and performance space with great bar and restaurant. The Queens Hall Music venue is also very close by and local amenties and groceries are just 5 mins walk.
All previous guests have treated the apartment very respectfully and we would ask that this continues. We ask all guests to 'wash up' pots / pans, dishes, etc. and that all rubbish is collected and placed in black bags provided and disposed of in the large black bins on the street.
Some House Rules: -
a) None of the Guests or anyone permitted in the Building or Flat shall cause a nuisance or disturbance to other residents or neighbours and noise should be kept to a minimum after the hours of 11pm and before 8am.
b) Smoking is NOT permitted anywhere in the apartment.
c) Pets are NOT allowed.
d) Guests should immediately inform the Host of any defects of which they become aware. The Host will use their best efforts to correct any defects as soon as practical.
f) We ask guests to treat the apartment with respect, to wash up all pots / pans, dishes, etc. and place all rubbish in the black bags provided and then place them in the designated containers.
h) Furniture is not to be moved.
i) No feminine hygiene products may be flushed down the toilets.
j) No fixtures, fittings or contents are to removed from the Flat.
k) Appliances are only to be used for their intended purposes
l) Except for fair wear and tear, the apartment and its contents are to be left in the same condition and place as they were found.
m) Any used cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils are to be washed and returned to their storage location.
n) No obstructions are to be left in any of the Building common parts and/or the car parks and/or any of the communal gardens.
o) No dangerous or hazardous goods or materials or anything which may be or become a nuisance or injurious or cause damage to the owners or occupiers of any adjacent or neighbouring premises, is permitted in the Flat or Building.
p) No smoke, grit or noxious or offensive emissions are to be made from the Flat, nor any deleterious matter caused or permitted to enter the drains serving any the Flat.
q) The number of guests is limited to 7 persons maximum.
r) The Host or their agent are not responsible for any loss, injury or damage to any Guest or their property, howsoever caused, arising in any manner out of the let of the apartment or use of the Building facilities.
s) The Guests shall allow the Host access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection. The Host shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner.
t) No stag or hen parties please and one of the guests must be 25 years or over.
u) I would also politely ask the 'lead guest' to provide some verification of name / proof of address (drivers licence, passport and/or copy of utility bill) before or upon checking in.
