I am an open-minded and sensitive person, who loves to meet new people and share experiences and thoughts on life. I love to communicate. That may sound plain, but I get high on deep/true conversations. To me, conversations are more than words filling the silence. They are a way of finding ourselves within others, of seeing into someone´s soul and realize that we all do have the same needs. That´s one of the reasons I am about to become a trainer in nonviolent communication (Marshall Rosenberg).
I´m bound to nature and love being out in the woods, especially with a dog at my side. I´m walking barefoot most of the time and am riding my bike every day (using it as main means of transportation). I´ve danced ballroom for about 11 years and currently am very much into contact improvistaion, authentic movement, somatics and bodyworks. I play the guitar every now and then, save food and earn my money as a TV-editor.
I asked a few friends of mine to describe me with a few words; that´s the summary of what they said:
amicable, broad minded, communicative, easy going, funny, independent, intellectual, loyal, understanding, warm hearted, straightforward, creative, sensible , strong, caring, social, compulsive, loveable, open-minded, interesting, awkward, cute, vulnerable. "And she forgives everything - especially my late reply ;-)" (Florian F.)
sports (horse-riding, biking, running, football, fencing, swimming, inline skating), dancing, singing, movies (producing them as well as watching them), photography, literature, cultures, people, meditation, Grinberg, Shiatsu, nonviolent communication (Rosenberg), walking barefoot, getting to know others and myself better.
I love BUSTER KEATON! So, my favourite movies will always be his silent movies. Concerning the "newer ones" I don´t really have THE ONE favourite movie. Due to my former job I was watching movies almost every day, so breaking it down to "the one and only" doesn´t really work for me. What I can say though is, that there are some movies, that really impressed/moved/got me, like for example "The Broken Circle Breakdown" (R: Felix van Groeningen, 2012), "La guerre est déclarée" (R: Valérie Donzelli, 2011) and "Des hommes et des dieux" (R: Xavier Beauvois, 2010).
With books, it´s quite the same. I couldn´t tell you a favourite one. I guess I like them all, in a way. One of my favourites will always be "Don´t be nice, be real" by Kelly Bryson.
A wide variation of almost everything.
Examples: Sigur Rós, Marillion, Porcupine Tree, Lucius, Steven Wilson, Sóley, No-Man, The Rolling Stones, The Who, Ludovico Einaudi, Billie Holiday, Morrissey, Parov Stelar, James Blake, Low Roar, Paul Kalkbrenner, Pink Floyd, Radiohead, Kina Grannis, Kat Frankie, David Crosby.
