The apartment is situated on the much sought after Phase 1 which means it is only a short 5-10 minute walk through the beautiful Roda Golf garden walkways and past the golf course to take you to the Club House, gym and a small shop. The apartment is fully air conditioned as well as having central heating (being popular with golfers all year round). The two bedrooms comprise a double with ensuite bathroom that includes wc, sink, bath and shower, and the twin bedroom with a bathroom next to it that has a shower, wc and sink. Access to the apartment is via a lift or stairs. The lower balcony catches the sun in the morning during the summer and is a lovely place to sit and have breakfast with beautiful views of the pool and lazy river. The solarium benefits from the up to 300 days of sunshine all day and has sunbeds and a dining set. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a 32” flat screen TV in the dining/lounge area and a 20” TV in the double bedroom.
The PGA Roda Golf course was designed by ex pro Dave Thomas and opened by Sam Torrence; it gives you year round access to the 18 hole par 72 course with lakes, tree planting and fountains. The greens are planted with grass that lies dormant during the winter, turning from green to brown/beige and are fully maintained and popular with golfers during the winter season. It would be advisable to contact Roda Golf Course directly for fees and booking.

Guests access to the apartment is via stairs as well as a lift. There is a new staircase that links the lower balcony to the solarium making it very easy for sunbathing and/or dining. Parking is available nearby.

We will arrange for a 'meet and greet' with our Property Manager who will make contact with you directly following your booking and, although we do not foresee any problems during your stay, in the event they do occur Sheryl will help you.
Rental Rates are seasonal and based on up to 4 people sharing. The minimum stay is 3 nights (one week in July/August).

We have our normal Guest Terms and a Booking Form which we will send to you to confirm details of flights etc so that we can arrange your meet and greet. It is a non-smoking apartment and pets are not allowed.

I have just married Jeremy on 29th December 2014 in Helmsley North Yorkshire. I am a former midwife and teacher and Jeremy is a solicitor. I have one daughter and Jeremy has one daughter and two sons. We love going to Spain to our apartment at Roda Golf near San Javier and reading, walking, going to the gym and we love finding wonderful places to eat. This is our first adventure with Airbnb and we think it is a wonderful idea as we can visit Jeremy's son as well as his daughter and her partner in London very close to where they live. Our life motto is that we would rather regret something we have tried than something we haven't and we have been running a little shop in Stokesley for the past two years.
