I am always glad to share the things which make this area of Franklin and Leiper's Fork such a great place to visit, but I will also make sure you have all the privacy you want.
Use of kitchen and laundry is not available, thanks.

Si Je Puis. If I can. This is my motto adopted from my hero William Morris the artist, writer, and craftsman. What it means in my life is that I am constantly learning and perfecting new skills and using them to create beautiful things in the world.
I love to travel and have been able to see so many places and to discover the cultures and people mainly by staying with friends or in BnB's and guest houses. I try to provide a similar experience for my guests here.
What you will find at Kelmscott Farm is a very laid-back atmosphere with lots of books and art and really good food. I have lived in Franklin for many years and know the area well. I will be delighted to recommend places to visit and must-eat restaurants.
Things are also pretty natural here with bedding washed fragrance-free and hung on the line to dry, local eggs and bacon from down the road. I bake my own sour-dough bread and make preserves. Even the honey is from a neighbor. No artificial fragrance in the house and one very nice cat.
