The newly constructed home, designed by Lars Langberg Associates with Charles Marr, blends stunning modern designs and those inspired by the classic Sonoma bungalow. High vaulted ceilings, Italian modern lighting, and open floor plans create intriguing and comfortable living-spaces. Eco-sustainable features—solar power, LED lights, zonal heating & cooling, as well as use of green materials like glass counters, reclaimed wood and bamboo—add an exciting and timely dimension to the home.
The living room with modern decor and art by Marin artist Justyna Wilmore has ample seating for groups to play games around the large table, or enjoy shows on the flat screen TV. A sparkling and spacious chef's kitchen offers: a professional quality Bertazzoni range & speed oven, an island bar with plug-ins for laptops, and farm style dining table that can seat 12. French doors open the kitchen to the deck and views of the fabulous hundred year old California bay tree and beautiful oaks. The bedrooms each open to decks overlooking the backyard and creek. The loft has large windows offering a lush tree house view. BBQ and dine on the two level deck, or relax on the comfortable chairs and couches. The deck also offers a sunk in spa with a mini waterfall and mood lights. Look at the night sky and listen to the flowing creek as you soak and enjoy a water jet massage. The patio in the lower garden has a fire pit, and picnic table. Under the shady trees a hammock is ready to lull you into a siesta. Lounge chairs sitting at the end of the property offer views of the peaceful flowing creek , wandering deer and exotic birds in the expansive tree canopy.

Please park under the carport or next to the stone wall in front of the house. City policy dictates that renters can not park in front of neighbors homes so if you need more than the three spaces by the house please park in the public parking facing the creek across from the church on O'Donnell lane. The other important city policy is a request for noise control when outside after 10pm. Guest may be out enjoying the decks and in the back garden as late as they like but please turn off electronic music and lower voices after 10 pm.
