This furnished condo is a single-level three bedroom unit attached only at the garage so it feels like a sf home.
The unit is in impeccable, recently-renovated condition, and has newly-laid porcelain tile in the living areas and master suite. The updated kitchen and master bath have granite counter tops and new appliances. All kitchen amenities are provided.
The master suite has a king-sized bed, the second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds configured as daybeds so that it can function as a bedroom or a den. All bedrooms have spacious closets and dressers. There are two LCD TVs, and the living area has a fireplace. The formal dining area will seat 6 to 8.
On the lovely, interior side of the home, you can enjoy a spectacular view of the San Jacinto mountains and surrounding palm trees from a well-shaded southern-facing patio. There is a gas barbecue available for use.
The beautifully-landscaped Sunshine Villas community has four good-sized swimming pools, and one of them is less than 20 yards from your back door. Each pool also has a hot tub. The community has four well-maintained tennis courts, two of which are lighted.

The entire home and garage will be available to renters, with the possible exception of one or two locked closets. Renters have access to all the HOA amenities including four swimming pools with hot tubs and four tennis courts. The beautiful common areas are for everyone's enjoyment.

We can always be contacted by phone or email. A resident handyman and cleaner will be available to help with any emergencies or immediate needs on the property.
The unit is fully air-conditioned. While September and October can still have some very warm days, the outside weather becomes very comfortable- in fact, ideal - as the fall progresses.
Although the HOA only allows rental agreements of 30 days or more, it need not be occupied for all of the 30 days.
We do not allow pets or smoking in this unit. Guests / renters are expected to observe all the rules and courtesies of the Homeowners Association such as swimming pool hours, putting out and replacing trash containers on the designated day, being respectful of neighbors in terms of noise or any other possible annoyances. HOA rules will be available to renters with the house manual. House should be left in similar condition to arrival when guests depart. No more than six persons may occupy the unit overnight.

My husband and I are recently retired Urban Planners from Seattle. We recently spent a year teaching in Ethiopia on a Fulbright Fellowship. We like to travel both domestically and internationally, and are now eager to welcome guests to our home. When at home we keep busy with writing and community projects, music, gardening, bicycling, tennis, walking or hiking. We also love spending time with our young adult children and other family and friends.
