In accordance to Decree No. (17) of 2013 a guest staying at hotels, resorts, hotel apartments, guest houses, budget hotels, floating hotels, holiday homes, and other hotel establishments as specified by the Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing, will be charged the “Tourism Dirham Fee” for each night of occupancy of a room at a Hotel Establishment. 15AED per night per room will be collected upon check-in by one of our Guest Relations representatives.
Early check-in is possible, we can however impose a half day charge depending on time of check in.
A standard AED1000 security deposit is payable upon check in. This is refundable upon successful checkout.
Guests should adhere to the community rules and respect the rights of other occupants and are obliged not to disturb them with noise, music, television or in any other way. Vandalism of any kind on the premises and in common areas is strictly prohibited. All abusive, disorderly, violent, or harassing conduct by the guest is subject to immediate eviction with no refund issued.
As for events or parties, we can not take responsibility with any disorderly conduct or noise pollution in the buildings, all public areas are governed by the building management.
Fines will be issued to the party involved in any and every incident occurring from your check in to check out date.
No under age drinking would be tolerated.
Extra charges will be charged to guests inviting more people than included on the final booking.
After lease agreement signed, this is your holiday home, please treat it according to normal UAE law.
