Situé en plein centre de Varsovie (Centrum), nous serions heureux de vous accueillir dans l'appartement, point de départ idéal pour du tourisme ou pour (URL HIDDEN) proche des transports en commun (métro, bus, tram ...), de la gare centrale, des restaurants et des magasins (en bas)30 mn de l'aéroport Chopin.15 mn à pied de la vieille ville et les lieux historiques.Un appartement ensoleillé, avec vue panoramique, entièrement meublé avec 2 chambres (1 lit double + 2 lits superposés) + salon.
Draps et serviettes de toilette. Ménage inclus dans le prix. Il dispose d'une cuisine ouverte avec lave-linge et lave-vaisselle et cuisinière et réfrigérateur et une bouilloire et micro-ondes et casseroles et couverts.
La salle de bain dispose d'une cabine de douche, avec sèche-cheveux et il y a un WC indépendant.
ADSL filaire et wifi et 2 TV (avec chaînes internationales).
Arrivée entre 15h30 et 22h00 (toute la journée durant week-end).

•The tenant shall be under an obligation to personally occupy the premises and to live in them “in a respectable manner" and to take due care of them. All fixtures and fittings are in good working order and no complaint regarding them made more than 24 hours after occupying the premises will be accepted. The tenant will be responsible for repairs made necessary by negligence, misuse or poor care during the tenancy.
Each time leaving the flat, should be verified if the access doors are closed.
Due to fire safety are prohibited in the rooms: heaters, electric irons and similar devices which are not equipment suite.
The tenant shall be under an obligation to ensure that no disturbance to neighbours arises through the actions or presence of the tenant or members of his or her family. The apartment is to keep silence from 10.00 p.m. to 7.00 a.m.
External visitors of the tenant may stay in the apartment from 7.00 a.m. to 11.00 p.m.
The tenant may not transfer the apartment to a third party, even if it has not expired, for which he paid a fee per stay.
The owner has a duty to ensure conditions of full and unfettered leisure for the guest,
Security of residence, including non disclosure of confidential information about the tenant

•On the date on which the keys (max. 2) are handed over, an inventory is performed jointly by the owner or his authorized representative and the tenant in charge. The inventory includes among other the identity of the two parties (including n° of passport or id) .
The property is let fully furnished with cooking equipment, crockery, cutlery, glassware and pillows, as listed in the inventory. If appropriate, the owner or his or her representative shall be entitled to claim from the tenant on departure the cost of cleaning the property rented (a fixed amount of 40 €), the full replacement cost of broken, cracked, chipped or damaged items, furniture and equipment and any such items showing abnormal wear and tear for the length of the tenancy, the cost of cleaning soiled blankets and covers, compensation for damage of any kind to curtains, wall-coverings, ceilings, rugs, mats, carpets, windows, bedding, etc.
The completed and signed inventory will act as a receipt for the restitution of the guarantee deposit the day of departure.
•The owner promises to insure the accommodation against tenancy risks on the tenant's behalf, the latter being under an obligation to inform the owner, within 24 hours, of any insurable incident occurring in the accommodation, its outbuildings or ancillary facilities.
•The tenant may not object to an inspection of the premises by the owner or his or her authorized representative when requested.
