This is a great property and I would happily make it my regular accommodations whenever I am in Israel with extended family. I will be recommending it highly to friends. The pictures do not lie. In fact, I would say the house is even more beautiful than the pictures. Bright, airy, spacious and quite clean. It is ideal for 6 people as it has a third floor enormous suite with a double bed and en suite full bathroom, a second floor with two bedrooms (one with double bed and one with two twins) and a full bathroom, and on the main floor there is a full bath and a half bath. We borrowed a queen sized air mattress and there was more than enough room to put two kids in the 3rd floor suite with their parents. We also had someone sleep on the couch in the living room, for a total of 9. The couch was very firm, but there is a lot of extra bedding at the house and once she piled some comforters on it it was better. As mentioned in other reviews, there is a "basement" that is not usable due to its musty odor. There are balconies and a patio, and big tables inside and out for large family dinners. Note that the kitchen is stocked with just the basics as far as cookware and tableware, so I don't suggest planning to do any major cooking. We washed glasses and bowls frequently in order to have enough.
The location is perfect. Minutes to the beach, great stores, restaurants, and more. Though it is on a major road, with the gate closed it does not feel that way, and noise is not an issue.
I believe that Mordehai observes Shabbat and the holidays so it may be tough to reach him at those times (which caused us some stress when we arrived just after sundown on Saturday) but otherwise he is quite available.
